I would tell customer about services you have like the boxes and other equipment yes I know they can see it but ask your customer if they will need anything of the supplies you have to offer .

The lady working the desk I'm so sorry I didn't catch her name. She was so friendly and professional and customer service oriented. She was the only one on the desk when we walked in, we had issues with the app that she resolved quickly and thoroughly for us. She ended up with a lineup behind us and maintained her awesome, sincere customer service for all. She is a credit to your organization and a main reason I would return to this particular location. Kudos to her!

I was very disappointed in the return. I wasn’t told to view the video before my self return. I was told I would need pictures so I took the pics of the mileage and gas gage. Even of the receipt for my gas( of which I even put a little more than was required.) so I put the keys in the return box and then it was too late to return by phone. No one told me that it all had to be done during the return. I called the next day and nobody returned my call. Hope I was not charged for an extra day because it would show on camera that it was returned 15 minutes early. I will know better next time

We had booked the truck a week ago to arrange pick up at 8am, when we were there pick up at 8 , they told us that the truck wasn’t ready for pick up until 1 pm, the lady had to go online check to see there’s anything they can do, then they offered a bigger truck from other location , which is lucky,but we had to spend more than one and half hours there, it really mixed up our schedules, we hope this will not happen again.

Customer service was great Moving pads were not in truck and was unable to drive back across the city to get them (esp in the uhaul when you're charged for mileage) but did have the cost taken off of rental Battery died when 4 ways on, no keys ignition, which seems like something that shouldn't be happening

We were told to pay $1000 for the van’s roof damage which was already there in the first place. It was such an inconvenience. When we expressed dissatisfaction and we told them we were not willing to pay for that damage, we got a call saying their security camera was reviewed and there’s no need to pay for the damage. Inform your customers of your vehicles’ damages and have them inspect the vehicle before they use it. People are always in a hurry as there’s a time limit to using the vehicle. We also suggest you repair your vehicles’ damages and not force your customers to pay to have them fixed.

2 hour delay in providing an agreement on a guaranteed reservation due to computer technical performance. Causing additional costs due to inability to remove a vehicle from autopac compound within this time period.

I tried to call a location and they all get re routed to the call centre. I made my reservation and it set me up with a location that was closed on the day of pick up. I also got a flat tire, which is not their fault but the fix it up fairly quick with no additional cost. So that was good. All and all pretty good

I had a horrible experience with the customer service person at the counter. he was rude to me. i'm going back tomorrow morning to hear why he charged me for a damage on a car whne the car was clean when i brought it back. i will not recomend this location to anyone.

During the two sessions we had in the office to pick up equipment on two different days, the staff were not able to get the computer system to work in a satisfactory manner to deliver the price we had been promised. And the staff asked me to secure the car to the trailer or pay another $25 to have them do it, a twist we had not been informed about.
