Properly review your orders so you actually have all the equipment your customer ordered on the truck and ready. I shouldn't of had to make 2 trips into town to get the dollies I had paid for and you failed to place into the truck before pickup

BOBBI JI reserved a 6x12 cargo trailer and 12 furniture blankets out of Salem va. Had reserved a week in advance and the day I picked it up they had let all blankets go. Spent 2 hours riding around to find blankets. I returned trailer to McDonough ga. When I get there we find out that Salem Va gave me the wrong trailer according to paperwork.
GARY LVery convenient and most affordable for doing some big item moves locally. I will be back in the future for a larger vehicle when I need to move an entire house.

DAWN FThe truck had issues with gear changing going up and down hills. It was very jerky and I kept having to manually downshift and upshift. Also the truck had not been cleaned there was trash and a contract from the previous renters.
BARBARA NI was charged for two gallons of gas when I left more than the gauge showed when I picked up. Attendant would not take my word for it Customer is Always right!

The man said not to be concerned- it was still due at 11:00 AM on 5/9/2025. I have two complaints. I didn’t know I was charged for another day. (Roanoke) I was told to have it back at the time I had scheduled to pick it up, which was 11:00 AM. (Springfield)

They were supposed to open up at 9 o'clock.They didn't open up until 9:45 And when I went back after they opened I walked in the office and no one came to the front desk. So I waited and waited and then finally I walked back outside and the employee was just setting in his car and had no idea I was even there.
