At the Watkins location, Nicole was awesome--very friendly and patient. However, when I made my original reservation it was for a 26' truck from 5p Friday to 5p Saturday from the Pepperchase Southaven location. I received a text the morning of my reservation that said I was to pick up by 12noon. When I called the Pepperchase location, Mike told me that my reservation was from 12p to 10p on Friday. I explained that wasn't right and he was not very helpful at all about trying to fix the error or trying to even investigate. They did not have a truck for me during the time frame I needed and had reserved. I then called the customer service number and when I gave them my reservation number, they told me it WAS from 5p Fri to 5p Sat. I asked them to please call the Pepperchase location to confirm which they did. Brittany the store manager called me to apologize and also confirm that my reservation was from 5p to 5p. However, about two hours later, Mike called me back to tell me that they were still searching for a truck! I told him that if it would help I would take a 20' truck. He said he would check and call me back. When he called me back he explained that he found a 20', but it was for the Watkins location, which was much further from my house. I explained that I didn't want to be charged for the extra miles since this was a UHaul error. He said that they would reduce the rental rate by $20 to cover it. However since there is a sign posted that said UHaul would give $50 if a reservation was not available, I feel I am entitled to that since the location that my reservation was made from was unable to fulfill it.

I rented a storage unit at 6:48pm with 24 hour access. When we returned with a loaded truck at 7:30pm we couldn’t access the unit because the card was not programmed correctly leaving

I rented the unit at 6:48pm and paid for 24 hour access only to discover at 7:39pm I did not have access. This made it impossible to unload the truck I was scheduled to return the same evening.

I asked specifically if the unit had 24 hour access and was informed I did but when i was moving I stopped to get my belongings and couldnt had to make a trip back from Arizona which is 1400 mikes!!!!

EVEN THOUGH THE FACILITY WAS CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED, I HAD A PROBLEM WITH DUST. I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD HAVE TO DEAL WITH SO MUCH DUST! I THINK YOU ALL SHOULD LET PEOPLE KNOW TO COVER THEIR STUFF
