The memphis branch called me twice saying i didnt return the trailer when i did. I can understand once but twice is just ridiculous. If they call again i will never use uhaul again

Truck was dirty (floors) and smelled of smoke! There wasn't anyone there at the time of my pickup that could assist me with the tow dolly. I had to load and do everything myself with no guidance. The girl working there said that she was just there to help check people out and wasn't sure how to do anything. Unacceptable for the rental price.

After renting one of your Van's, I found out that only the right back door would open. The latch was broke on the left door. So I had no way to put what I needed to move in the van because the latch on the left door was broken. I had to call someone else to move the rest 9f my belongings. Also ai only 34 miles When I checked back in, I was told that I went 73 miles, but I didn't go 73 miles. I went to 4308 Elliston Road, Memphis, Tn and came right back. Approximately 34 miles, no more, no less. I am being charged doe miles I didn't use.

The employee's were WONDERFUL of my goodness, super nice, very professional LOVE THEM, but the building smells awful of my goodness, like a spoil pamper. There was a baby in there but it smelled the same way the next day. The truck was on empty I'm talking about for real empty with the light on!!!!!!!!!!. I was given a gas credit they say. The check engine light was on, the mirror wouldn't stay in place. Please research the SMELL, Get a professional cleaning crew. Maybe the boxes are damp I don't know but it needs to be fixed. But the employees are wonderful and that's for real

The truck was not real clean on the inside. But since our car was in the shop we rented it anyway. When we turned it back in , the clerk put someone in front of me and I came in first.. The clerk didn't even ask me if I would mind if the lady skipped... Very unprofessional to say the least.. So my in story experience was not good at all, but my online experience was more pleasant.

train the staff better. the customer service was horrific and extremely unprofessional! They act like young children attempting to conduct business but are preoccupied with their cell phone instead of giving their full attention to the costumer. Which allows for to many errors to be made and to much time to be spent trying to correct the errors made all done at the customers expense. the staf has a lack of communication skills and should be taught how to effectively and respectfully converse with the public ... and when an complaint has been made to the cooperate office regarding incidents the wait should not be longer than 3 days for a return call. Oh wait I still have not received a return call regarding a message I left over a week ago!.

The tuck I had seemed to have some maintenance issues but that's a first. Other than than it's a ji e place I always use this location

No one(!) helped me put the trailer on my truck. No one(!) helped me connect safety chains and lights. No one(!) inspected the trailer to insure it was hooked up correctly, safely and securely. This should be a Corporate safety violation. The service center employees should perform all these tasks - just as they have done when I have rented a trailer from other locations. I know how to hook-up a trailer, but the next customer may not, or may hook it up incorrectly. As a customer, I should not have to ask sonene to help. It should be a Corporate policy that employees always make the trailer hook-up and connections.

Advice, only go to company full service stores. Warning - the two (2) distributors/franchisees I dealt with were horrible.
