The workers had an issue with the amount of gas in the truck compared to something they had in the computer. Even though we used the ap and had had the paper from when we took the truck. The worker would not listen to me. He just kept saying you were supposed to verify it in the ap. I said I did and even took pictures. He said well it would show it here. Then he looked again and I had the correct amount of gas according to what was in it when I received the truck. But that didn't match somewhere else in their system. The workers need to LISTEN to the customer before just assuming we are wrong, or didn't do things correctly.AMBER B.

Easy process, convenient. I've rented uhaul many of times of the past 30 years. I've had some not so good experiences. Each location is different and it's always the employees and the store managers that make the difference. The two employees at this store went above and beyond to make sure I was good to go and for that I'm grateful. I will definitely be using this location again because of the service.Shonnon S.

While the truck rental was fine, the storage rental was a nightmare. Uhaul double-booked the space which caused horrendous problems for me as I drove around the city trying to find another vacant storage space. The woman at the counter was absolutely amazing and very helpful, however for a Saturday there needs to be more than one person. I was sent there from the store in Union after they gave away my truck. They did not have the dolly I had reserved,not the cashiers fault, b the lack of but still very frustrating the lack of communication between stores. I was unable to call direct to this location. Number redirects to home office. This is very frustrating. After 2hrs, I never spoke with anyone. Vehicle had check engine and air bag warning lights on. Staff was courteous and helpful. You can tell they like their job. .VANESSA S.

The truck definitely could have been cleaner and the tank was half full. I always fill the tank whenever I rent from Uhaul. I thought that was just standard protocol. I had to clean the truck with Clorox wipes. Wrote using it because it just wasn't up to par. Can't risk it with COVID-19 still around. There was nobody at the front desk when I arrived and I waited for 5 minutes and called the GM's cell phone that was hanging from a sign on the front door for assistance. The overall experience could have been better, but I still enjoy using Uhaul over Penske, Budget and Enterprise definitely. Thank you.Burbon R.

I was impressed with the agent at the Uhaul location. He was handling multiple customers on different computers simultaneously to reduce the wait times. And he did an excellent job. I was in and out in few minutes. I rented a 9-Foot van and a dolly. The Van had multiple warning messages for me. The tire pressure was low. And I was getting the TPMS sensor warning along with the low windshield fluid warning.Shabaz M.

Fix the online reservation system. I should not be able to reserve a truck only to show up to the location and be told no truck is available. Then I called the 800 number only to be transferred 3 times. I was given a location 10 miles from my home only to still arrive at the location to be turned away because they didn't have a truck. The location called me back about 5 minutes later and worked it out to provide a truck. If it wasn't for them I was certainly never renting from U-Haul again, At least in the short run. This whole situation could have been avoided if the online system or the inventory at the locations where correct.Marquette S.

Walls were dingy and had water damage, the floors were about rotted out, and it has a really bed odor so now my things have a stench. The first unit we rented the guy needed my husband to cut the lock for him only to find it full of trash and broken glass so had to take a different unit. This is a very run down location. The unit we rented was locked and the customer service rep only had a hammer and screwdriver to remove the lock so we used our own power tool to cut it for him. When opening the unit someone had left trash and broken glass all inside of it so I requested a different unit. The next unit was ok but the floors are rotting out and the walls show water damage. I'm pretty sure there are roaches too. We are using the unit to store bicycles and a few large containers we travel with but definitely cant wait to get our things out of there!!
