When we pulled up to the lot and representative came out to meet us, engaged in conversation with us, he was extremely friendly and told us exactly what would happen next. I’ll only rent from my local U-Haul on Noland Rd. Superior service at Noland Rd.
AMBER TI felt like I was overcharged for the car carrier. Also they didn't have truck and car auto transport ready.
DANNY RI booked a truck to move from the Kansas City area to the Dallas area. My truck broke down at the Kansas Oklahoma border and sitting on the side of the road for two hours on the tow truck. They ended up having to keep the truck overnight in order to get me back on the road and offered me no compensation for the inconvenience. They actually attempted to charge me for going over on my allowed mileage. This was a horrible experience and we will never use U-Haul again.

Elizabeth HPricing seems to be getting higher for a single day same place drop off from where I reached. Please consider reducing this. For a 3 to 5 time quarterly rental I may be better owning a trailer.

KENNETH MI had my cargo damaged during my rental period. I had the insurance and filed a claim. I received an email and a phone call that went to voicemail. I have been ignored for 5 months now from the claim handler with no return phone calls or emails. Use caution. Doesn’t look like they will follow through. I’m out the cost of a riding mower.

DALE B | Overall ExperienceUhaul texted me 24 hours before my pickup asking me to call them. After waiting on hold for 20+ minutes, I was informed no vehicle was available within 100 miles of my location (despite putting my order in weeks beforehand). I drove 100+ miles to pick up a truck and Uhaul was gracious enough to give me a max of 75 extra miles (yes, less miles than I had to drive out of my way). The truck was late, and would shake like the Apollo 13 reentering orbit. Conveniently, the movers booked through Uhaul canceled 15 minutes before they were scheduled to show up. Uhaul informed me that movers cannot be rated for a no show/canceled service. So all these 5 star reviews you see are shielded by Uhaul preventing reviews for the worst case scenarios. In summary, do not rely on this company. Have several backup plans because Uhaul clearly has the monopoly in this field and doesn’t have any reason to be reliable in order to take your money.

U-haul made it quick and easy to make a reservation, my cargo van was available when I arrived (early), had no issues with it and the return process was just as easy. Great Job!

KIMBERLY VIt took over 20 minutes for soneone to finally hook up my trailer after I received paperwork. When I returned the trailer it took even more time for someone to disconnect it.
LARRY Vi dropped trailer off, employee said i checked you out as you were backing trailer up and you are good to go. i asked paid in full, employee said yes. now im billed 300$. absolutely not would i ever recommend anyone to this location. perhaps the next customer will not be told a tall tale, this happened 1 month ago and they turned it into collection already.

Louie FI am writing to formally bring to your attention a very concerning and unsafe experience I had with a motorcycle trailer I recently rented from your location. During my trip, the trailer loaded with my Harley Davidson RoadKing, vibrated excessively. Upon arriving at my destination the next day, I discovered multiple serious safety issues. The passenger-side lug nuts were not even tightened—service personnel were able to remove them with their fingers. In addition, the driver-side tire had a bulge around the rim, and I had to request two new tires on the spot. I am grateful nothing catastrophic occurred on the road, but it is alarming that this trailer was released to a customer in such dangerous condition. If the wheel had come off during travel, it could have damaged my motorcycle, my vehicle, or worse—caused injury to myself or others. While roadside assistance was fantastic and handled the situation professionally, the fact remains that this incident should never have happened in the first place. Equipment should be properly inspected and maintained before being rented out. I would like to know what steps U-Haul will be taking to address this matter and to ensure that no other customer has to experience what I did. My expectation is that safety be taken seriously, and that your location reviews its inspection process immediately. Please let me know how you plan to resolve this issue. I would appreciate a prompt response.

Let me tell you that these two young men were so wonderful without dealing with customers!!! They are polite, intelligent and were so kind to me. MAURICE helped me with an issue I had and he went above and beyond to help me with such kindness. Customer Service Is so key in every business!!! MAURICE is such a great employee!!! He needs to be given an award for his service there helping customers that are stressed from moving. They were both great guys. I just dealt with Maurice with this situation. I am now considered the “older generation” and Maurice sure made me have a lot of hope for the younger generation. Maurice needs to train people in the world in outstanding customer service. This man will go very far in life! Thank you for hiring him. I have used this location two times before and EVERY SINGLE TIME it has been such a very pleasant experience. I do not write reviews usually, but the very outstanding customer service and competency at this location needs to be brought to the upper management’s attention. Madeline H | First ImpressionsSecurity is questionable as when I was there I would see people walking through it with pack packs and the gate was open a lot, maybe it was not working cause my card did not let me in and sometimes it was just open I don't know, but the other thing that I was concerned about was an employee hit my van with a 26 foot U Haul truck I was parking in the back by my unit. The manager at that time was not helpful Frank Holloway acted like it was my fault. He would not give me access to the camera recording and tried to deny it but I had it on my dash cam and got the claim taken care of what a mess. Also when I checked out the printer was not working and I need to get a receipt please. Sincerely DG

Good luck getting in, they park all of the big trucks back there. So if you need to get in your storage randomly like me, it was a hassle. They need to find another lot close by to park trucks.

The unit was the perfect size and clean, well lit and secured, along with the climate control. The staff at this uhaul location were always friendly, helpful and reliable! I hope I do not need storage again, but if I do I would definitely pick this place again.
