U-Haul is trying to get everyone to do everything from their phone which is very frustrating. They even charge you more if you don’t use their app when returning your truck. They have not emailed me my finial receipt so I have no idea how much I have been charged.

The truck has a bad exhaust leak, making the ride very loud, also leaking windows related to air. Very loud. We were charded ag extra day even after being told it would not happen, because late drop off after close was confirmed.

The facility itself was extremely nice and very organized both outside and inside which really impressed me. The service was not good. I pulled into the equipment drop off area with my trailer and there were 4 guys sitting outside the garage area. I assumed one of them would come over to check in my trailer but instead, three of the them went inside the garage area and the other guy stayed sitting there for another 10 or 12 minutes. After sitting there in my vehicle for 15 minutes, I realized nobody was coming out so I went inside. There were two guys at the counter and I told them I had a trailer that needed to be checked in. He looked out and got the tag number from inside the store and started to get my receipt prepared and only then did someone finally come out to unhook the trailer and get me on my way. I would have understood waiting if the store was busy but I never saw another customer the entire time I was there and when I was in the store, there were no customers in there. I felt like I was totally ignored until I went inside to get someone.

The actual traffic flow doesn't match the arrows painted on the asphalt. It is totally confusing.
You want me to rate the location but U-Haul's practices and processes are a complete mess. There's no reason renting a trailer is this difficult. I'm thinking about buying a trailer so I never have to go to U-Haul again.

I would like for you to have smaller vans available. These ford transit vans are unnecessarily big to move one piece of furniture. Also, WAY too many controls on them that are not at all intuitive to use. I had to go back in to the store to get someone to show me how to put the van in gear, and she said I wasn't the only one. I drove one 70 miles but could not get the cruise control to work. Maybe it wasn't activated, but the buttons were there. Also, the mirrors on those particular vans are NOT GOOD. There is a bar in the lower third that cuts the view and it's extremely distracting.

The truck we got was absolutely awful. Looked decent and clean upon arrival and all seemed well. Then once driving we noticed the alignment of the steering wheel was so off. Very dangerous. Driving straight it looked like you were taking a hard right with how the steering wheel was. Also the shifter was ridiculous trying to change gears especially putting it in park. It did rain the day we used the U-Haul and when we opened up the truck, everything was soaking wet. Overall very disappointed in the lack of safety and insulation of the trucks. Luckily my husband has some experience driving larger trucks, but it was still very unsafe and dangerous. This location put us in harms way.

I wanted to tell you that MAURICE and TYLER were there when I dropped off my trailer and rented a storage unit. Let me tell you that these two young men were so wonderful without dealing with customers!!! They are polite, intelligent and were so kind to me. MAURICE helped me with an issue I had and he went above and beyond to help me with such kindness. Customer Service Is so key in every business!!! MAURICE is such a great employee!!! He needs to be given an award for his service there helping customers that are stressed from moving. They were both great guys. I just dealt with Maurice with this situation. I am now considered the “older generation” and Maurice sure made me have a lot of hope for the younger generation. Maurice needs to train people in the world in outstanding customer service. This man will go very far in life! Thank you for hiring him. I have used this location two times before and EVERY SINGLE TIME it has been such a very pleasant experience. Security is questionable as when I was there I would see people walking through it with pack packs and the gate was open a lot, maybe it was not working cause my card did not let me in and sometimes it was just open I don't know, but the other thing that I was concerned about was an employee hit my van with a 26 foot U Haul truck I was parking in the back by my unit. The manager at that time was not helpful Frank Holloway acted like it was my fault. He would not give me access to the camera recording and tried to deny it but I had it on my dash cam and got the claim taken care of what a mess. Also when I checked out the printer was not working and I need to get a receipt please. Sincerely DG

The staff are awesome especially Mr. RJ and his (2) biological brothers who work at the listed location were extremely friendly, courteous, respectful, supportive, helpful and very professional.
They did an awesome job with customer service which they took to a whole new level.
Several words to describe Mr. RJ is phenomenal and Man of the Universe that helped me out yesterday that words cannot describe. Mr . RJ is very intelligent, knowledgeable,, articulate and a good face for the company.

Not a lot of staff during the day or night. So anytime you go in there be prepared to wait. If you have a unit on the far back side. Good luck getting in, they park all of the big trucks back there. So if you need to get in your storage randomly like me, it was a hassle. They need to find another lot close by to park trucks.

Upon arriving no one came out to help. Went into store where employees were gathered in a group loud and using very loud profanity that was unacceptable. No one knew what they were doing. I had to get a storage unit for several months. I wanted climate control due to the nature of some of my belongings and not wanting them humid or cold or too hot. The unit was the perfect size and clean, well lit and secured, along with the climate control. The staff at this uhaul location were always friendly, helpful and reliable! I hope I do not need storage again, but if I do I would definitely pick this place again.

Gate was broken for the two months that we used the storage unit and this made the facility totally not secure and also limited the hours that we could access the facility since the gate was closed during off hours.

Had my stuff in storage for 2 days in the month of July and had to pay for the entire month. That’s was ridiculous. I should gave been prorated for the 2 days and just pay that. I can see for 15 days having to pay for the entire month but 2 days??? An absolute rip off! I won’t use you service or recommend it to anyone.

The first person we spoke with to reserve the uhaul was rude and there was yelling in the background. The gentleman I spoke with with I got to the store was very nice and helpful. When we got to where we needed to go, Frank was amazing. This move was really rough but, he made it a little easier for us.

The person who checked us in seemed to cop a bit of an attitude and told us there was nothing in the computer for us, despite us having visited the location a week prior and having it confirmed. He did eventually find it. The other two gentlemen were pleasant and helpful.

The price increase over the 6 years was unacceptable. I'm a disabled Veteran and my mother was 90 years old when we rented your storage the price was around $119 a month and now it is $159.
