The trailer developed an electrical issue with the tail lights, notably the brake/turn signal lights. At one point, they all would not work, but then started to work again at random. Notified the reps at the drop off location of the issue.

Customer service rep made the experience more difficult than it needed to be. Was distracted by conversation with two coworkers when tending to us and not providing the attention necessary to handle the process more efficiently. Also, it's unnecessary to force the customer to scan their own Driver's license on their phone while in the store when the rep could have easily scanned it in two seconds. If the purpose was to avoid contact due to COVID, it was pretty much voided when he had to take my card to manually enter my credit card information and when he had to hand us the truck keys as well.

More employees at work, to make a rental convient and efffortless on the emplyee You cant go to the front of the desk if there's not enough employee to cover a service you offer for pre registering (not have to wait in line) and you still have to wait and figure out which of the multi combinations given may work to find the key, just not good customer service based on trying to provide a service with not enough employees available to do so

There was not a trailer hitch available for 24 hours after we picked up the U-Haul, even though the U-Haul and hitch was reserved weeks in advance. Also upon pick up, the clerk made unnecessary changes to our order that was made online resulting in us totaling 14 days versus the 7 that we needed and had booked for. He was unable to adjust the days but rather gave us a lump sum discount. I was never shown or otherwise had it made clear as to whether it truly cancelled out the cost of the additional 7 days. We spent over an hour at U-Haul during an already stressful, long move.

As I was doing my online pickup, a gentleman approached me stating he was given the same vehicle from inside the building. I had to finish my pickup inside. They fixed it, but it set me back 30 minutes

Trailer lights didn't work had to wait for lights to be fixed... big inconvenience... I ordered 6x12 enclosed trailer to keep my stuff from getting wet when I arrived everything in back half was wet and damaged a lot of stuff .. very unhappy wasn't reimbursed for the use of this trailer.. Daniel

I used the mobile option for pickup and drop off and it has changed since the last time I rented a Uhaul and now takes more than 15 minutes to complete the process since now you have to wait for them to call your alternate contacts for verification. This information could be entered when placing the reservation and that verification can take place before pickup. Moving day is both chaotic and highly organized. There arent 15-30 extra minutes in a moving day to spare for some who have people helping for a limited time. IF the process remains the same, then there should be a warning to show up at least 15 minutes prior to your reservation window to allow time for the approval so that people can plan accordingly.

We have rented from this uhaul facility for almost a year. We started with a 10x10 then a 10x5 and finally 5x5. Each time we had to downsize the staff were very helpful to expedite our request. Even more they went out of their way to give us units near the one we were in to make the transfer easy. They always took the time to chat and made our experience a good one . Thank you

I reserved a unit and went in a day early to see the possibility of getting it a little sooner. They told me they didn’t have that size available and wouldn’t for a while, but they had another size available. I was confused why I could make a reservation for that size starting tomorrow since it wouldn’t have been available anyway, and asked about the issue. They gave me a free month in the other, available storage unit which I really appreciated. To my own fault, I lost my keys to the locker and (incorrectly) assumed a storage locker company would have the capability to get the lock off. My mom asked about it while I was moving in to my new place and was told that it was no problem and they would get it off. When I showed up to open my locker, they said they couldn’t do it anymore (after they said they could) and that I would have to hire a locksmith. $65 and three days later I finally got the lock off. I relied on their word, and it wasn’t followed through. Other than those issues the facility was okay.

The facility I was going to use had a Brocken elevator and only units available on the 2nd and 3rd floors. They made a call out to this facility and they had a rental unit available on the first floor! They assisted me right away showed me my unit and how to enter and secure my unit, the unit was very clean, had dollies to use and climate control was working very well!

We had a good experience! It was a Saturday so it was very busy but everything was handled professionally. We rented the Uhaul and brought the stuff back to the storage shed we are renting, an easy process. I would highly recommend this Uhaul location for your moving needs.

Upon renting the unit, we were impressed with the yo uh ng lady that initially helped us. She was professional and friendly. In he 4 months we have had the unit, each time we have gone by, the auto doors were open and we never needed any access codes. On 4/27 1 day after paying our rent early, I took my movers by just to see the unit contents. I could not access. Asked an attendant to help me, I had the key, but no access info. He was very disrespectful, and unhelpful. I dis not want to go into the office ro wait, to be around others dyeing this virus. But I did. Was given mycodes. When I asked another rep about a possible refund for the month because I paid early and now movers can empty it, she suggested asking at the price So tuesday 4/28 the unit was emptied. I waited inside amongst others, with several not wearing masks. And was told I could not get a refund. Irritating, waste of money. The unit was empty and clean. My fault for being responsible and paying the bill early, I guess.

MAKE SURE THEY CLOSE OUT YOUR UNIT! I notified the store 3 times and still got charged a late fee 2 weeks later. Had to call corporate to finally get them to close me out and reverse the charges

Items were missing: three gray pillows to my couch. Items from Italy that I recently put in storage for movers to move. There were rats that ate at boxes and large roaches that crawled out of boxes.
