I placed my reservation online and was disappointed that first of all I was running late to pick up the vehicle so I called to who I thought was the location to let someone there know and whoever I spoke to (a lady named Penny) said that she noted it in my reservation but when I got there it was not noted. I would have been pretty angry if the reservation was already given away since I called to let someone know that Ibwaz running late but it didn't get noted. And then when I got to the store I pretty much had to give the agent my information all over again. Why bother with having online reservation services if the information does not get uploaded and one has to provide it all over again? Very disappointed.

Poor service dropped car off and the employee walked around the van when I brought it back then I get a call when my ride left said THAT it was damage to the driver door I didn't hit anything and will be asking the storage place to check there cameras in the morning they was already close by the TIME this employee called me BACK and I felt the was friendly when I got the van and rude WHEN I called back

I don't feel like it can be overstated enough how tremendous the service was from this location. Ms Bias and her coworkers were not only funny, friendly, and customer focused, but they went above and beyond to ensure that the customer being waited on was informed and taken care of, while still being courteous and mindful of those waiting. She corrected an error that was on my rental that could have easily been overlooked by anyone (including myself) but she made sure it was fixed. These employees never once grimaced or failed to smile for the customers and it just felt like the had our best interest in mind while still looking out for our costs in advising the best features and rentals. Absolutely outstanding service. If I ever need another rental I hope it's from here.

The general manager was super rude. Trying to joke the whole interaction. First off your not funny. Then he implied 3x he was going to find a problem with the truck and charge me for it because i didnt Get the insurance. Very bad experience being in customer service leadership. Do better.

The dealer should have given a more fair amount of mileage due to hurricane Florence. I was rerouted around closures on I-95 and charged over 200$ for the extra mileage even though I did not stop but 3 times and it was turned in the next day.

Took forever to get service, no one behind the counter at pickup but could hear them gossiping in the back. No one available for drop off either. Waited 15 minutes for someone to come out of the back. The truck had broken sun visor on the drivers side.

The first lady I dealt with was AWESOME. However, I rented the truck to move a couch on Sept 9. I drove a grand total of 8 miles. (Eight). I stopped and put $4 in gas, equaling approximately a gallon and a half. When the truck was checked in after only going 8 Miles the employee insisted that I was 2 gallon short and charged me $7. So for going 8 Miles I paid $11 in gas and I have to say that left a really bad impression on me because the employees that it was my responsibility to check the gas meter. I repeat I drove 8 Miles and ended up paying U-Haul $11 in gas because I purchased $4 on my own and then she charge me an extra 7

I was not acknowledged for several minutes when I walked into the store. There were two associates and one was helping the other process a transaction. Neither of them greeted me or gave me an approximate time estimate of when I might be helped. Also, when I returned the vehicle, no one gave me clear instructions on what to do with the keys or if anything further was needed from me. I also was not offered a receipt when I returned the vehicle.

I think the rate that I was charged seemed a bit excessive, $852.00 for a one-way from Carthage, MO., to Norfolk, VA. I also returned it earlier than the 5 days contracted (2.5 days). I would expect a pro-rated refund for returning it early. I was told no refund would be issued at the return facility. This is unsatisfactory.
