Jay is awesome. So knowledgeable and polite. He deserves a raise. (Seriously. The guy ahead of me this morning got all teed off because he couldn’t give Jay the number of anyone who he could call as his backup that early in the morning. The guy threw some expletives and stormed out. Jay handled it perfectly. I stepped up to the counter, Jay treated me like I was just the next customer in line; like the customer and his behavior before me never happened. No mention or attitude about the guy that had just walked out. Some less professional people would likely say something snarky about it. Jay was cool. You don’t see that kind of professionalism much these days.

Customer service was friendly and helpful, although for a Saturday morning the office seemed undermanned. The vehicle, however, was not great. I thought any minute it would conk out as there was constant rattling and the truck (15') had no pickup. The truck itself was clean. I recommend it to a friend only because of the customer assistance rendered.

Had to wait 20 min for pick up...not to bad. Security chain was missing a clip but said it would be ok. Inside trailer a bit dirty.

Actually check the fuel level to make sure its the same as what the employee is marking on the contract. I rented the largest moving truck you offer and 4 miles down the road noticed it was 1/8th of a tank from full so i took a picture with my phone which included the milage and time and date stamped as well and at the end of the day i showed the picture to an employee and she said there wasnt anything she could do about it so instead of leaving it at the same level as i received it i left once again and had to put an extra $20 dollars out of my own pocket to bring it up to full which is where it should have been at if they would have visually checked the level before i picked up the truck or better yet after the last person dropped it off. Kind of disappointed about that.

When I arrived the medium boxes I purchased online were not available so had to work with large and small boxes. When I was given the key to the truck, I asked where it was located and the agent said she had no idea - she said to just go out and look for it amongst the other trucks.

When I was forced to change my pickup location to across town, I couldn't even change my drop off location to closer to my destination. I had to bring the trailer back late in the evening when I could have been done 30 minutes prior. And the employees just stand around...

Brandon did an amazing job helping us. We had issues with the app and had to call back to the branch on Nevada. He did everything to make sure our concerns were covered. When we returned our truck he was very helpful with the process. He's a great employee.

You could fill in that giant hole from the parking lot to your office. The water was to deep and wide to step over or in. Also, have a bigger crew on Friday night, you were too busy to show me the truck, so when I needed blankets and a dolly, the back was completely empty, so money you lost. I took the truck with just over a half tank. It's true, I was exhausted and my son-in-law was getting nagged on to hurry home, and I forgot the gas...but I'm pretty sure that 3/8 of a tank to a little over a half, is no where near 15 gallons. An expensive lesson for me.

I was charged for my unit after being told I would have a free month. Then. After receiving my confirmation. I was charged for a lock after being told I would have a lock waiting for me in the unit. For the lock to be there. And then the worker wasn’t able to return my refund. The GM had to call me the following day to offer refund. Still waiting for refund to apply back into my account

26' truck needed maintenance attention, seemed to be dragging a break, and would buck on acceleration at any speed,(I did not drive it over 70 MPH,,) I reported it to the attendant

Every thing was awesome up until the aliens arrived! They were so scary! Thankfully Brian , whom by the way is Awesome was able to use his Marin Corp training and take them out! Boy we were lucky! So I will definitely only be going to this location from now on!

I use this location every time I rent, maybe four times in the last year. Good folks inside and Suzanne is really effective outside.

The tow dolley trailer is VERY loud when driving, it is the ramps that stow, maybe some sort of rubber gasket could improve it-it is not great for the driver, but also other drivers hear it and see UHAUL so its not a good uhaul brand observation. Otherwise, was all good!

More clear after-hours drop-off instructions. Such as needing any documentation of fuel or mileage upon return. Do the doors need to be locked? Was I supposed to detach the trailer?

When I need moving assistance I choose this UHaul location. The employees at this location actually put fun into moving. They also support the move by helping with your needs and providing suggestions and solutions giving great ideas if you haven’t thought about things ro make it easier. I can't rate your storage facility because I never actually rented the unit. My plans changed and I didn't need the unit but that didn't keep you guys from charging me. Now I can't get my money back and the gentleman at the store is older than God and has no clue how to work his computer system so now I'm at a $120 loss because staff is poorly taught. Maybe this has something to do with the app I was instructed to go through for the storage unit but that should have no barring on a refund. Staff told me I was and I quote, "all taken care of" when I returned and maybe I'm from a different planet but I took that as I was "all taken care of" and it's okay for me to leave. I never would have left knowing this was going to be the outcome.

My son placed items in storage on 9/29/23. He removed all items on 10/08. I am not sure what his issues were. I am in Texas. I talked to management on 10/10 and closed the account. I was disappointed that I would not be refunded for any of the unused time. My experience with staff was good and the facility was well maintained. Thank you for reaching out.

A few months into my storage experience I was told I had to move my belongings from one uhaul storage to another because they had to repair/replace their firefighting sprinkler system. That was a big pain in the butt for me. Other than that, it was fine.

The price for a 5x10 is very overpriced! UHaul needs to take the price gouging profits and give Dallas a well deserved pay raise. Dallas had to do more than needed do too your incompetent people at the Phoenix call center.

I was sent out by a 3rd party UHaul with a tire that had a nail in it. Though the trip was uneventful, it is clear that not all facilities are held to the same accountability.

I had to knock off one star because of the lack of elevator at the facility. I was provided a 2nd floor unit but was not told that I needed to carry everything up a flight of stairs. If offered the option I would have taken a first floor unit. With that said everyone at this location was extremely friendly and helpful. For that I would recommend this location but I would make sure they requested a first floor unit.

A busy location on a Saturday morning. Dallas was efficient on getting me checked into a storage unit. U-Haul on-line features make renting trailers and storage space very streamlined.

The lady st the desk was rude when I got there to checkin to get my unit and then after return the trailer. The lady preceded to tell us that the person outside would help but there wasn't anyone outside that's why we'd went inside. Then we waited for over 20 minutes to hart our unit and tube person that finally helped us was very friendly and told me that the girl inside cant do the trailer returns but we told her we were there to check in for our unit and return the trailer.
