It has nothing to do with the location it has everything to do with whoever does logistics for U-Haul. The location that I rented the truck from, the location that had the address of where I was supposed to go and pick up the truck, was not the correct location. No one from U-Haul called me and let me know that I needed to go 30 minutes away to pick up the truck at a different location. When I arrived at the location that was in the email, Not only was it closed but when I called U-Haul customer service the representative hung up the phone on me. When I finally did get someone else on the phone they let me know that my reservation was actually moved to another location. I asked them why no one would have called me and let me know that and they did not have any answer. The real kicker is that I called the location where my truck was supposed to be on Friday, on Saturday, TWO times to make sure that my truck would be there because this is the second time I have had this happened to me with U-Haul. It would have taken 2 minutes for someone from Uhaul to call, text, email, ANYTHING, to let me know my reservation had been changed.... I asked if I could have some type of discount on the truck because the error in scheduling caused me to have a team of movers sitting at my house for over an hour and a half waiting on me getting paid because I did not have the truck. I was told been a manager would be calling me to discuss this, however no one has called me. In fact if you're reading this now I would love for someone to actually call me so we can discuss how not only did I have to pay full price for the truck, I also had to pay movers for an hour and a half to sit and wait because I was unable to use the truck. I drive by other locations to use this one. We have used them multiple times with different staff yet they are always friendly and efficient. I did wish this year that they opened earlier than 9 AM. It gave us a late start on our day.

Staff is great...however, ratings inlclude conveniencey of facilities. It would be nice to be able to back the truck up to align with the outside storage for onloading/offloading. Instead it inconvenient others who may be trying to get to their storage.

They were nice. But directions were not given properly. I circled the place several times . Had to go back to the office to ask again. Eventually found it. The facility was ran down smelt like cigarettes. Found my storage unit. And it was infested with roaches. Disgusting.

When I returned the truck, I told the rep I returned it between 1/4 and 1/8 full, which is how it was picked up. I told her I had purchased $88 of fuel and had gone 270 miles. She said I was all set. Later that day I received a $68 fuel charge. I called and was on hold 30 minutes. No one picked up. I emailed and the GM wrote back she would take care of it. I hope so. Not a good business practice.

Had to drive 20 + minutes to drop-off location, passing numerous other U-Haul facilities. Would be much more convenient to drop off at the nearest location. Also, was charged for 3 gallons of gas. I returned with 3/8, exactly as picked up but was charged anyway. No way 3 gallons is even going to budge the gauge needle on an 80 gallon tank. It's just milking a little extra $

The truck was not cleaned properly before I rented it. The interior did not appear to have been cleaned or wiped down. The gas looked full when I did the online check out but as soon as I drove off it was a little below the full line.

The truck was really old, was scratched and beat up, had a piece of window trim missing and a loose piece of plastic in the door by the window. We were assured it would be fine and the window wouldn't fall out; it didn't fall out so all was well. Expected power windows and locks like a normal vehicle. The single working employee was extremely busy. We could hear another person in the back but they never came out to help nor answer any of the numerous phone calls. Ashley was very nice, friendly and efficient.

The customer service in Jacksonville, Florida was amazing. We tried to rent a truck online with unsuccessful results. Once we drove to Jacksonville, FL. each UHaul we went to they showed us nothing but courteous professionalism and when we called corporate scheduling and they were kind. Do not inform your customers that they are given a 40 miles over 100 at no additional charge then charge them, make sure the trucks are full of gas when they are rented.

I rented a van online, the process is quick and easy. Picked up the van the next day and the check in was great. Danielle who was at the counter did an excellent job. I do have to say the van was a bit dirty in the back upon inspection. Before returning it, I did clean it out. But overall it a nice experience.

I requested a dolly for my move and anticipated the dolly would be in the back of the truck only to find out that it wasn't when I arrived home. I did not come back to get it as I did not want to add anymore miles to my trip, I asked if it could be removed from my total and it never was. There were no instructions on the return of the truck, no one to let me in the gate, luckily someone was leaving so I was able to get in. Also the gas level was left on the most random spot on the gauge so it was difficult to make sure I replenished the proper amount of gas.

Agent quickly told me to leave without checking mileage or gas tank level. then charged me over $38 for gas. I believe I filled the tank to the level I needed to per the agreement. So I was overcharged.

Actually provide the equipment being rented. The truck was correct and clean, but there was no dolly or furniture pads as ordered. I will never use the 24/7 pick up again. The location also has no parking to be able to pull in and for someone to park and drop off someone getting the needed truck and equipment.

Parking after hours was almost impossible. I was expected to fit a 15 foot truck into a tiny parking space between two other trucks! If I didn't have someone who came with me, I would have never been able to park in the space. Need to expand drop off space

The truck was in fine condition. There was not a dolly on our truck when the woman at the desk assured us that there would be and that we would not have to double check. When we called the location back she continually left us on hold for over an hour. When we called back to ask not to put us on hold she hung up on us. The only reason I am rating it as average is there was a different woman at the desk when dropping off who was amazing.

Scott was nothing short of AMAZING! After a stressful quick move (thanks Coronavirus), we were sent to a couple different uhaul sites (very frustrating). Scott helped so much in choosing the right size unit for my belongings. He also found my missing bank card and contacted me immediately! Would HIGHLY recommend this particular Uhaul location!
