Samuel SGood location and easy to pickup. However, the past 2 times that we have rented a vehicle from there, it has smelled like cigarettes inside the vehicle. We have to drive with the windows down because it's that bad.

Duane MStaff the location in a manner that better allows in-store and telephone customers to be served appropriately. While sheer volume will cause juggling of customers at times, having only one person solely responsible for dealing with customers is a tactic that will backfire in the long run.

Pamela LThe truck had food crumbs and dirt on the seat and sticky from spilled soda. Once I started driving I knew why so much. Spilled soda. The truck bounces violently for nearly the entire trip. Sometimes to a point it was physically painful

CHRISTOPHER PI was not a fan of getting charged twice for the U-Haul rental. Once when I picked the U-Haul up and then again when I dropped it off. After we were told from the $70 dollars they held we would only be charged $65 but now have been charged both charges.
CLARISSA GI did not make a reservation and was pleased that this was not an issue. The staff was very accomodating and had the exact equipment I needed.
ROBERT JI liked the guy that helped me. I didn't like all the hidden fees.

THOMAS EThe truck was available within 30 minutes of my reservation. That was incredibly convenient. The truck did smell of smoke/weed, which is not really something the employee could've fixed in such a short timespan. I just wish people would take care of things better when they borrow them. But hey, what can you do?
PHILLIP PThe door of the trailer may need some lube. Not smooth at all and starting to rust. Harsh MI winters and it needs a little love.

SCOTT STalk about bait and switch...20' truck was advertised as $39.95 but nothing was mentioned of milage. Nothing at all until after I had already ordered it and that only because I asked. Terribly misleading marketing.
