Ernest Struck was dirty inside, the $19.95 rental is a huge deception. By the time I filled it with gas, the total cost was $250 for 5 hours of use. would not recommend.

Robert HEvery time I went to my storage unit there was always , I mean always , trucks and trailers parked all the eay right up to our door so if after hours I was unable to get into my unit . Those same trucks and trailers were always there against our unit door . I would then end up waiting 20 minutes or so for them to move those out of my way.. would never return .
LISA LPlease provide instruction on how to check the vehicle out. Specify that the furniture pads are rentals.

Thomas GThe scheduling to reserve the equipment was quick and easy. The staff at this site are the best I have ever experienced with any type of rental equipment. They make sure my set up is safe and secure for my vehicle and for the equipment I am renting and provide suggestions for helpful area of future use/rentals. I use this site for its extended hours and especially for their helpful staff!

Kimberly OThe rental vehicle we rented was not available and there weren't any at the neighboring locations either. We had to get a small truck than we needed. We were then told we would be getting a discount and we did not.
Samuel FCrystal does such an awesome job there at the Plainfield location. She is easy to work with, is efficient and gets me in and out quickly. I rent there a fair amount and I appreciate her knowing who I am and working to expedite the process! She does a great job!

Kyle PI got a voicemail at 7:42am on 7/21 from the plainfield location that has 3 curse words - transcript is "are you gonna talk to me, you're gonna **** hear me like, oh, ****. What the **** is this? Yeah, okay. I just called, huh?". This was unacceptable. Everything was great until that - and I want someone to follow up on this and why this happened.

Matthew TThe moving blankets were wet, though not soaked. The manager was amazing. She really worked to try and find the right thing for me, despite my having misbooked my truck (I wanted one-way but booked in-town instead). That said, a 15-foot truck for an 85-inch sofa and a single chair is a lot of empty space. I wish there would have been a better option for me.

He was very patient and helpful and did not seem at all bothered by the hot mess in front of him. I feel terrible that I don't remember his name but regardless, I would like to give him a HUGE shout out!
