Good vehicle , good attencion in general a good experience ...but I dont like the gas tank was not full y guess that is a bad thing for costumers . I drove just 26 milles , then I put some gas on it .At return they try to over charge me 8 dollars for gas !!.How they know exactly ?? Truck ran great, but visor clip was broken and visor would not stay in place. Truck was not full of fuel on pick up and though I returned it with slightly more fuel than I got it caused a problem on dropping it off. Inside of truck was clean, outside was filthy.THOMAS S.

Talked to customer service said they was going to make notation on when I was returning the truck. I had needed truck for another day. When I called back next day to follow up the cashier says no one has not noted the acct. I checked my voicemail and it said I was in violation of contract an the truck will b towed at my expense. The staff was really nice. The problem I have, is it apparently it's a high theft area. I did the online check in for the grab and go and still had to stand in line for half an hour. Then they asked me my destination for a local rental, and asked for a second contact person.. Overall I'd say it was a bit much. I understand that they have a lot of theft, so I don't blame the store or the staff. I would however highly recommend you find another location to rent from unless you want to be interrogated. I've rendered a lot of U hauls in my life, I've never had them text me to check in before.ROCKY D.

While I never had an issue with security at this location, the RV behind ours did have a homeless person staying in it. The staff took care of it immediately once they caught him in there, and police were called, but it always had me concerned with the safety. With the rising rent costs, I felt it was time to make a cheaper change. My biggest issue with this location is that sometimes after the office would close, short term renters would block the entrance gate with a Uhaul truck they returned and I'd have no way to get into my paid spot - and I was within the "access'' time. One time, I came back the next day. Another occasion, I was just grabbing something from the RV itself and used the walk-way gate to walk back to my space. But, that should be addressed for customers who need access through the gate with a towed RV.Elizabeth l. | Overall Experience

U haul will be my last choice ever going forward. I rented in las vegas and chose a place close to my hotel.... walking distance. Two days before arriving, they changed my reservation to another location. So now it cost me another 33 to get to the vehicle in a taxi. But, while flying there that day, they changed it again to another spot....I did not find that out until I was there. Now another 30 in cabs to get to where the truck was. Not happy about it at all. It should be there responsibility to have it there since I rented there... for a reason. Not interested in doing future business everRob M.

My reservation was a fiasco. The crestdale location is always wonderful but the truck I reserved had mechanical issues so they confirmed a truck at Lake Mead location and sent me there. The staff at Lake Mead Storage at Summerlin would not give me a truck and then sent me to North Rainbow. The woman there was kind but she wouldn't give me a truck until she physically spoke to my emergency contact. My emergency contact was AT WORK. It was such an uncomfortable experience. I had to call the one person I knew was not at work and could answer and tell her a uhaul place would be calling her to confirm my reservation. The fiasco cost me more in gas, mileage and I was late for my pickup appointment.DAENA MARGARET K.

Worst experience over at this location under the associate named Laura Kleven. Let me start of by saying I normally do not make complaints and I am usually a very patient person. I worked retail for many years so I have extra patience for people behind the desk. That being said, I've never experienced such an awful experience as I had at this location with her. She was the one who tried to check me in on Sunday 9/26. I had a reservation for a cargo van at 12 pm. Apparently they were overbooked which Ms Kleven failed to initially inform me what the problem was while I stood there patiently while she was making phone calls. To me, I should have been notified immediately what the problem was and I should have been given an option how they can rectify it. After a few minutes she informed me that the only available van was in Fremont st way far from where they're at. I asked her if they was anything available at all and she said with a snotty voice that there was none and if she had one â€œshe'd put me in itâ€. She never even apologized or offered me another available vehicle at all. At that moment, I would have taken a truck or anything. I made that reservation and I was only off that day and we needed to move that specific day so it was imperative that I get any vehicle. Worst of all, she never even apologized and just said she was talking to her traffic control and that was her job. I was very upset but I did not want to cause any scene so I asked her again if there's anything she can do or any location that has an available truck or van close by and she said only the one in freemont. I left the store, called the reservation manager and she was very helpful. She found me a 10' truck close by and gave me a refund. At this point, it wasn't even about the refund. I felt Laura didn't even want to address my concerns, dismissed my complaints because it's not her problem that someone overbooked them. Even just an apology instead of her condescending attitude would have been a tad bit better. I went to the other location and their service was way better than this location. I will never go to this location. I've never felt more upset and dismissed than this employee did.Ana G.

Says you can drop vehicle off 24/7, came to drop vehicle after hours. there was no place to put vehicle. there was a big jam of people. one of the other customers blocked Us in got very rude caused a huge fight made threats police had to get involved. Moving to Vegas and had a storage shed reserved for weeks, actually got a call from the facility the day prior to me leaving to confirm my reservation. Drove all my belongings to Vegas but when I arrived at the facility I was informed that they had no sheds available, this amazed me as I had just spoken with a person who worked at the facility confirming that I would be there on my scheduled arrival date. Why wasn't I informed at that time that my reservation that I had for weeks was invalid. Needless to say I was directed to another facility where I finally got a shed however what a horrible experience, I would not recommend to anyone booking a storage shed on line with UHAULDAMON R.

The policy of needing a second contact phone number is highly inconvenient. The fact that I have to give a phone number of someone unrelated to the transaction, then they have to pick up the phone when uhaul calls to verify their number is both embarrassing for me, the customer, and not respectful of the other contact's time. It makes it seem like you don't trust your customers. If you don't trust us, even though you have our credit card on file and a copy of our drivers license, then why should we trust you? This was the first transaction with Uhaul that I ever had to do that, and it honestly left a bitter taste.William W.

Adjust digital check in to inform about late pick up policy at the time customers reserve vehicle. That if not picked up within the half hour you will need to check in via office and your reservation will be released. We wasted 30minutes trying to check in not knowing our truck was given away. When we finally got it all straightened out (had to walk-in because phone agent didn't know what to do) we were assigned a new, dirty vehicle. When turning vehicle back in the agent was prompt in assisting which was great but we opted for digital /no contact so not sure the contactless service works as well as it could.ALISHA MONIQUE J.
