Louis T | Overall ExperienceMy only issue is when the price increase came without warning. I never received an email, phone call, or text regarding that price increase. I would have been ok with that had I been notified properly. It went from 123 and change to like 135, a 12 dollar jump. Not that I couldn't afford it, but it would have been nice to know I'm advance. If something like that happens company wide, then it just common courtesy to notify your customers.

Ervin S | Overall ExperienceExcept for having to purchase a particular lock that was approved by, and for purchase in the office, my experience during my 6 year stay at the facility was well above average. I did have a problem that was never resolved, regarding the indoor light bulb that stopped working until a couple of months before I checked out. Overall though, I would recommend the facility to anyone needing a good storage unit and the ability to rent a van or truck for their moving needs.
