The moving Truck Definitely needs to be maintained or looked at. it consumed so much gas for the 25 miles i used it on, plus it definitely forces itself . Also i had called previously and asked a lady if there was a time limit i had to return the truck and she said no when the receipt came back i got taxed a late fee. not 100% satisfiedMauricio R.
Initially when I place the reservation with your uhal assistant I absolutely mention that my worker will come and pick it up the van. In reality we got a different result my worker had to wait till I will get in town six hours later and start the move. I did mention and ask yes assistant of U-Haul several times if my worker need anything else and he's OK to come and pick up the van and your assistant told me that everything is good and all I need is just a show is driver license in to pick up the van when my worker came over they asked again for the credit card otherwise they cannot give him the van, That delays my move six hours and I had to lose another money deposit from my landlord because of the delay. I rented 2 uhauls in the same week. One was at Smoke Ranch and Rainbow in Las Vegas, NV. That is who this review is for. The other(my usual uhaul of choice) is in Summmerlin Las Vegas, NV. They are always tops but this location at Smoke Ranch and Rainbow in Las Vegas is a nightmare. From rude employees to dirty vehicles I had to clean inside before using, to poor parking lot layout so bad that other customers were yelling at me because I had to do the job of cleaning the vehicle before leaving, which led to a traffic jam in the parking lot. There was what I hope was chocolate on the driver's seat, garbage in the cupholder and center console, the floors had mud in them everywhere. It was just bad all around. I will NEVER go to that location again. Had the one in Summerlin been available I'd have gone there as is usual but they had computer issues and were down for the day. If this review is for the Summerlin, Las Vegas location just flip all I rated and said, they are terrific all around.ROBERT JOE H.

Hire staff that are actually professional and know how to speak properly instead of talking like they're ghetto and never learned proper English. Very rude employee sounded like she hates her job. One of them was on their cellphone at time of pickup and wouldn't let me out the gate. They keep charging me I'm not sure for what. Also teach your employees to be informative about the rental agreements to their customers before charging them. Not everyone knows what in-town means.Gabriela R.
While the staff was very helpful with an issue we had with the truck, our gas was marked lower than it was when we returned it and I was charged almost $13 for 3 gallons.Amanda C.
I was told a different amount for my daily rate over the phone then when I returned my truck it was double that amount. The guy that helped me was very rude and had an attitude.
