I needed a 10x10 truck for 8 hrs. I made the reservations on line. I paid online. I even checked in online. I planned on taking few items to my storage unit about 2 miles away from my house so I said I would be traveling 10 miles total. When I showed up to pick... I had to do the entire process over again, TWICE. No big deal, things happen do to our current circumstances, I'm very patient (still have 2 charges pending on my credit card but I'll wait to see what happens). Upon returning the truck a few hours early and few miles under the planned travel distance, I was told that the mileage on the truck is lower then what it should be and if I have a picture of the dashboard? I explained that perhaps they recorded the mileage when they gave me the truck wrong and no i dont have a photo of the dashboard. I was told that they cant not close my return and it will be pending till they "figure it out". Not a smooth experience as I expected from U-haul.

Your policy of making the customer designate an additional contact and not releasing the truck until they respond to a phone call is silly. Also, the location I requested was not available so I had to go 30 minutes out of my way. Counter person had left so I had to wait a long time and I had movers waiting. Very poor customer service.

I was sent to this place after the 1st place did not have the truck I rented. Then I was sent to the 2nd place that was all the way across town. That was the 1st place on Oao Blanca Las Vegas Nv. These people just kept saying you will have to deal with corp.I am not happy, I have spent over$2000.00 on moving with your trucks and trailers for this move.

A number of your locations are very small in size. It can be very difficult to get in and out of your business. Your company has large vehicles that should be able move around with ease. In the future, maybe consider having locations that accommodate large vehicles and considerable traffic.

Make sure everything is extra clean due to the whole coronavirus being a severe risk especially when moving from place to place, object to object. Let's just make sure the consumer is clean from the virus as well before using and then renting to someone else

Worst service ever. Stranded at the counter for 10 mins while the employee was surfing the web without saying hello or I'll be right with you nothing until I asked if someone worked there. Truck ran like shit, sucked changing gears and dirty

Use online pickup process. After checking in & sending photo of DL, the online representative did not respond to further inquiry. After 15 minutes had to track down a store employee to complete transaction.

I don't feel that the rep did not tell me to sign on and log in when I returned the truck with in 3 hrs. I failed to do that and it was not told to me I would get a fine of$20. I do want to use your company again but I don't think it's fair that I was charged. I did call the cs line and the rep was not nice to me either. I was trying to fight the charge to be credited back to my acct.

I was given the agreement to sign and told there was 11/16 of a tank of fuel in the truck before actually being able to verify it and there was actually only 1/4 of a tank in the vehicle
