I have been using this uHaul location for years and since it opened. It's by far the best. However, I wish uHaul management listens and add the following items to the things we can rent: 1- Loading ramps: why not include loading ramps like you have dollies. I ended renting a loading ramp from HomeDepot to move an appliance to my house. 2- Electric Stairclimber: also, moving appliances and heavy items to basements require electric stairclimber which I ended up also renting from another company. I strongly believe that these items should be made available to people to handle their moving needs. I want uHaul to be the one and only stop for all my moving needs. Hope to see these two products in your list.

When I went to return it the attendant looked relieved as there was a customer waiting for a truck. He pointed out that the gas was 1/12th used I said I would go fill it up. The attendant said not to worry that I wouldnt be charged since he wanted to flip it quickly for the customer waiting. Then I received my invoice with a $25 gas charge. I am extremely unhappy and would like to be contacted by management regarding the discrepancy.

Truck arrived at the location over an hour late, and while the gentlemen working at this facility were courteous and professional, the one woman working there was extremely rude and not helpful in the slightest. I've used uHaul services a multitude of times over the years and this is by far the worst experience I've had. We will never be returning to this location.

App to confirm status when yu pick up the truck runs out pictures, and my milage and gas was incorrect. ASM had me clear it up when I broght the truck bak. . I ask for a correct bill as I was unsure it was correct ( 12.55 gst on a 59.00 bill. Two emails to manager, no responce.

This store lacked communication. I was told one thing by the associate and another by the call Center agent. In the end it resulted in me incurring an after hour fee. The store was supposed to give me a call to discuss further but that never happened either. This has to be my worst experience ever with uhaul

Charged me incorrectly charged me extra for fuel despite me filling up the tank more than what I was given. I had to call to get a refund and if I had not taken a picture of the dashboard when I was dropping off the truck, I probably wouldn't be given my money back. Heard the same thing happening twice with my friends this year. Just because u-haul is relatively inexpensive than hiring a mover, they pay no attention to things like this. Experience with the logistical side of things horrible as always.

Excellent service. Getting my vehicle was breeze. I forgot to add fuel that was charged and cancelled. As a first time u-haul customer it was a kind gesture. Keep up the good work guys.

I had a horrible experience at this location and I will never go back nor recommend to anyone else. After receiving the keys for the U-Haul I rented, I was instructed to go outside and someone would help me pick up the furniture pads and dolly I also rented. I asked someone outside to help me with these items and I cannot describe how rude the employee was to me, as if I had inconvenienced her in some way. She pointed to where the items were in a very condescending way, as if I was completely incompetent, grabbed the dolly and threw it into the back of the van even after I offered to take it myself. Then she proceeded to slam the door shut and stormed off, not even responding to my partner and I as we said thank you. As a customer, I have no idea where these items are kept and I was instructed to go outside and someone would help me. Instead, she told me she had no idea why someone would instruct me to come outside and ask for help. If that's the case, then the person inside should not be directing customers outside for assistance. I truly have never been treated with such rudeness for absolutely no reason. I recommend an employee training session on how to speak to customers - it could go a long way because after this experience, I will never go back.

open doors at 7:05 am, 7 customers in line on friday, many staff walking around and only 1 serving customers. took almost 1 hour standing in line until 2 more people came to help. Tires on trailer were bald. trailer hitch so rusted could hardly on screw it.

I found the fuel card was slightly off truck was empty i put 75 litter in as that would be half a tank to bring back to where it was and it was almost 3 quarters full!

Not enough parking for customers. But otherwise great and smooth service. The van was bery clean and in great condition.

the van itself had terrible shocks. I bounced all the way to where I needed to go, and my passenger got motion sick because of it. It was also noted to have hair/dust stuck to the passenger visor. Otherwise it was generally clean. Pick-up was a lot slower than I expected. I arrived at 9:15 and received my contract at 9:49. After checking the van, jockeying the parking of my own car and the van, I didn't leave until after 10. There was only 1 person checking people in for a long time. So, how to improve: have designated parking for people's own cars, have more than 1 person checking people in, and have vehicles in good repair. thanks for allowing me to provide feedback. P.S. the website had said it was 19.95 a day, plus .49 cents per km. then bill then adds 20 cents per km (for I don't know what), so essentially there is misrepresentation of the information when advertising. there may be small print that mentions the 20 cents, but I didn't see it, and when I checked in, I'm pretty sure the person only said .49 cents a km. (I booked through the call centre, and they definitely said it was .49 cents).

I have booked 10 days in advance for my move from Mississauga to Waterloo. where i had to drop the van in waterloo. The customer service called in a day before my pick up and said i can't drop it in waterloo i have to come all the way from waterloo to mississauga and drop the van. For this i did not even get any compensation for my time and all the hassle. however i had to fill the tank for driving back from waterloo which they only covered the kilometer not the gas and not my time. This was seriously pathetic customer service and i would definitely never ever recommend U-haul to any of my friends, relatives or colleagues.

Staff at this location were fantastic, quick easy trailer pick up, but trailer was completely full of mud and moss. We had to wash it out before we could put any furniture in it.

I booked the same auto transport I have used in the past, when I arrived they told me my car would not fit on the trailer. I have used the same trailer many times, in the past. I had to argue and then call another U haul where they said my car would definitely fit. I then changed my engine size in my tow vehicle and then my car suddenly fit on the trailer. I was there for an hour and a half. The trailer I received had one bias ply tire and one radial tire.

System allowed me to book one-way covered trailer, but it was not available at this location (or at any nearby). Had to drive it back 300km. Perhaps not the fault of this location, but the system should be more accurate to avoid forcing customers to change plans after booking.

Equipment was well worn, but serviceable. Trouble lights were on when I picked it up indicating a low tire pressure. I found a technician in the parking lot who cleared the light. He checked the tire pressure by slapping on the tires. Some trouble lights never cleared at all. Inside the office, short staffed ( 1 attendant only) line up out the door.

I had trouble with booking that was not the fault of this location. However, upon returning the truck to this location, a staff member directed me to go to the return tent. I moved the truck to the return tent, and noted the sign that says to wait with your equipment and a staff member will come to help you. I waited for about 30 minutes, and a line piled up behind me. Staff members walked by on several occasions, ignoring me, while I was clearly waiting there for some time with the equipment. Eventually another customer flagged down a staff member as they walked by again, and the staff member told us to just leave the keys in the truck and we can go. We waited for nothing, and many staff members repeatedly ignored us. This was an awful finish to an awful overall experience, where we unexpectedly had to unload early and return the truck early to a location far away from our destination.

Make 5x9' open cargo trailer (no ramp) available on website as this trailer was available at my desired location Winston Churchill and Royal Windsor but when booking it was not listed and telephone agent originally booked me a 5x8 with ramp at another location not desired and I had to go in person to book it.

The employee that checked us in was efficient but provided no customer service at all. Your staff was rude to each other and they all seemed very unhappy. Your key drop off box for after hours does not look like what you app indicated nor is it located near the front customer entrance making things difficult at 11:00 at night o return the vehicle after a long day of moving. I had originally booked a truck that I could pick up in Oakville and lreturn in London however the day before the move I was contacted and told that was not available but that I would receive a special discount of $150 and 400 km to return the vehicle where I picked it up at Winston Churchill/Royal Windsor drive in Mississauga. When I went to pick up the vehicle and use the app check in the return locations offered did not give us an option to return it where we were picking it up therefor I had to go inside and deal with one of your staff people. I'm not sure I got the discount that I was promised. Luckily we were moving our son to London and returning to Oakville as that's where we live, but if he was just moving on his own to London how would he have been able return the truck to Oakville? moving is stressful for everyone and your company is supposed to be there to make it easier we did not find that to be the case.

Have your employees not smoke while cleaning the interior of vehicles. The truck we received stank of cigarettes and the steering rack was very sloppy - truck had 100k+ miles on it.

No staff wearing masks and no enforcement for customers to wear masks. Unsure if equipment cleaned effectively to prevent Covid 19. More explanation of charges needed beforehand. NO vehicles with "miles" should be used in Canada - very confusing when watching km count. Overall rude and aggressive staff. I've used this location for years and now I'll never return.

Another customer had parked his car where the trailers are parked so I had to angle the trailer when I dropped it off. Also I rented a dolly and was unable to drop it off after hours. Perhaps a locking mechanism in a covered area such as a grocery cart lock? Great service from reservation,to pick up and handy being able to drop off afterwards. Thank you!

My credit card was charged for an entire extra month for two storage units, despite having moved out. I am now having to spend hours going back and forth with head office by phone, email and chat to get my refund. This location *never* picks up their phone, the call always bounces to the main customer service line. Moving in was smooth, moving out has been an absolute pain. Would not recommend.

The place is very clean and tidy. The only reason why I didn't give it a 5 is that when I moved in I was way younger. Now I have a bad back and the storage does not have an elevator. It was hard for me to bring things down the stairs.
