Truck side view mirrors epoxied in place which made adjustments for safe use impossible. First tow dolly had a crushed fender pressing on the dolly's tire, and I had to ask for a replacement. Staff was helpful when asked.Adrian R.

I'm only giving this a 5 star because of Kyle! He was the only one working while his manager took off early for the day. This man had 20 people waiting in his lobby at one time all with different reasons and had a semi truck delivery that needed unloading. After picking up the 6x12 enclosed trailer, I arrived home and noticed the trailers chains weren't even attached to the truck. It was easy to see they were dragging on the ground for a while. The trailer was in need of a good sweeping. I realize I should've check the trailer for cleanliness but the hook-up is always done by a uhaul employee (not optional). I'm not surprised. You're always going to have one or two bad employees no matter where you go.Shawn N.

Then txt my husbands phone when I had booked it with my phone number to change return spot to 25 miles a way but my husband does not use txt so had hard time with app return do to this.the wooman on the phone had to help that's how I found out they txt my husband. The reasoning for the non applicable, the trailer was very clean. Staff was very knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. No issues with the staff or cleanliness of the equipment. However, the trailer seemed to shake violently during the trip. We even stopped to rearrange the load, thinking it may have been a tongue weight issue. Not the case. In my personal opinion, the tires may be out of balance. It was a very unpleasant 6 hour drive. I'm 100% positive that the staff had no knowledge of this. And I'm in no way blaming them. They were amazing. We communicated the issues at the return site. Hopefully they get fixed. Otherwise, 10/10 experience.MASON H.

The general manager, Alexis could not be more difficult and rude to deal with. He left a voicemail on my phone one hour before my scheduled appointment saying they could not complete the scheduled hitch install due to not having the hitch in stock leaving me scrambling. I was closing on my house and needed to be moved out of my house. He did nothing to help me rectify the situation offering any substitutes of trucks to help with my move or seeing if any other stores had hitches in stock. I had to ask him to do that. While trying to figure out what to do or what was going on, he could not have been more rude saying that â€œit shouldn't be a big dealâ€ to have to wait another day or two to see if he got the part in. I ended up paying almost double to have a hitch put on elsewhere. I understand things happen but his unprofessionalism and lack of empathy for my situation was absurd. I only found out he was the general manager later in the day when I came to pick up the trailer I reluctantly wanted to. I usually do not write review but I was so hottttt about this one. So My appointment was for 7am, booked online a week ahead, wanted to check in mobile- doesn't work. I was called the night before my appointment and told there was no dollys, they tried to help by calling other locations, no luck. Had intentions of searching to find dollys to rent- inconvenience. Arrived next day, I was told that my reservation would be adjusted because they were overbooked and didn't have a truck available for me to use. Let them know I'm moving today so I need a truck. They moved things around, Received the truck finally with 2 dollys and furniture pads 35 mins later. Got in to drive off the truck gas tank is on E! Barely any gas to even leave. Had to go back and discuss that. Took a picture and was reimbursed for my gas I purchased. Thank you. Got to my moving place- no dollys in the truck! A staff member supposedly forgot and switched my truck with another customer while I was inside. I called immediately, they said they knew of the issue and were sorry, could I come back for the dollys. So they weren't going to notify me!! Very inconsiderate and disorganized so my moving took over 6 hours to even begin. I was only given 1 dolly due to Avaliability from their mistakes, moving took 5x long. I was so upset. The staff members did they best they could and discounted me for my troubles thank you. But this location need to get it together. Too many mistakes and carelessness from most of the staff. Thank you to the supervisor who helped me. That seemed to be the only one who cares. That was the worst uhaul experience I ever had!TIIA C.

I made a reservation for 2 items (trailer and appliance dolly) more then a week In advance. When I went that morning to rent the items, I was told they didn't have the dolly and if I still wanted it I would need to goto another uhaul location to rent it. Not exactly convenient for me. No explanation on why it was not available from the store manager. Just that if I needed it I would need to go another location to get it. My truck was so dirty I had to clean it. It looked like someone shook a coke and opened it up. They gave me 15 dollars off but I don't feel like that was enough. I cleaned the inside of the truck to make it look new and even cleaned the back which was also dirty and brought the truck back with more gas then it had so the 15 dollars didn't do it for me.RUPERTO V.

There was no drop off location listed on my contract although I had picked a location when I reserved the uhaul trailer online. It took me 3 hours to return the uhaul trailer because the drop off places near me were already closed at 6 pm or would not accept the return due to them not having available space for it. I called customer service for assistance with locating a return location and after waiting 32 minutes to speak with a representative, she transferred my call and I received a voicemail stating they had closed at 7 pm (it was currently 7:30 pm) and to call back during regular business hours. I was disgusted because I had explained to the representative that I didn't have anywhere to keep the uhaul over night without it being towed away and needed assistance then, not the next day. I feel like that representative transferred my call knowing that the office had closed and that I would receive that automated message.NORA S.

It asked me questions AGAIN that I had already answered online to make the reservation! Never again....damage goods within one of my storages. I was storing a $10,000 snap-on toolbox among other tools and stuff that was in my garage before relocating...Due to covid 19, I became behind in payments. As we all know once payment is behind they cut your lock off and lock you out of your storage till you are up to date...My problem wasn't being locked out.....My problem started when I paid off my bill and decided to leave. When they cut my lock off, they went into the storage unit and cut across my toolbox with the cut off wheel they used to cut the lock. The other Dewalt stackable storage containers I had in there had signed of attempted forced entry.....never again will I use Uhaul storage.....customer support was great during the storage process and this situation is probably isolated to the individual location....but I refuse to ever go through that again. The current crew is excellent. I did complain about one staff person not wearing his mask and whistling as he walked towards me but I returned weekly for 3 weeks and never saw him again so maybe he's gone. I got there before closing was told that I couldn’t unload my U-Haul truck. Then i was promised someone would be there at 630 AM the next morning so I could unload my truck. The lady told me sje couldn’t find my reservation, so she took the time i could’ve been unloading the truck to find the reservation. She then tried to create a new one and told me I wasn’t charged until i showed her my banking app that showed the charge. A guy from the back (thank god) came out and had to show her how to use the software to find my reservation. He found where i had been charged and everything. Next morning i get there thinking all i needed was the black card she gave me, come to find out there’s a whole check in and check out process that she didn’t even tell me about. On top of all of that i was charged for a lock for the door. Then I speak with a new lady who’l told me we had access to our until until 10pm and that there shouldn’t have been an issue with us unloading the truck the night before when we got there before 7pm. Then I was told I couldn’t leave the U-Haul truck I rented from another LOCAL U-Haul Location because i didn’t get a certain type of U-Haul truck reservation and was told “i should’ve been told this when I made my reservation”.
