ALFREDO GAt drop off I went inside and a woman was sitting behind the desk, watching a movie on her iPad. I stood and waiting until she called me up and when she did it was with the most labored voice ever, like I had ruined her day by interrupting her show. I then drove the trailer to where she needed me and saw a 10 truck/trailer backup. It was clear these people working the pickups and drop offs were swamped and understaffed while the 2 people working inside sitting on their biscuit. I told the guy about the light and he said he’s so sorry and he would “ground the trailer” this hopefully meaning it gets fixed before someone else has to look at it. I then went back inside to the super pleasant movie watcher behind the desk and waited for her to call me up. She did and when I asked for a receipt it was again the end of the world. I left feeling bad for the overworked pickup/drop off folks and pissed off for feeling like a burden when I wanted a receipt.

STEPHANIE OTrailers are old, all need to be upgraded to quick connect hitches instead of screw types that get stuck, also make your app work, it will not work to return your trailer ever,
GARY WVehicle alignment is off and dangerous at highest speed.
PEDER SEmployees could be a little more friendly. Trucks right exterior mirror was so loose that it became a driving hazard for me...almost got into a few accidents because I could not see my right side. Brakes need adjusting.

I give her kudos for listening to my experience with the first employee at dispatch. Then she corrected the situation. The truck was clean and the store is also very clean.

LESLIE HI reserved a truck with a utility dolly a week in advance. When I arrived, I was told there were no dollies, and that none of the other nearby locations had one either. There were several new dollies available to purchase, but not to rent. And I was told I could not purchase one and return it if used (even though it seems like it would have been better for the business to bring those into their rental supply.) The customer service agent was somewhat rude, and I developed an attitude in response. I canceled the initial reservation and left, then realized I didn't have time to make a reservation elsewhere. So I returned, rented a truck without a dolly, and from that point on the experience was fine. But it was initially very frustrating and I would not rent from that location again in the future.

I admit a few of my things were blocking the hall way. Mind you there was nobody else in the facility. But I guess some contracting help needed to use the restroom. And instead of asking me to move my stuff or anything he goes to the office to complain I’m assuming. So what happens a dark skinned lady with curly hair comes and yells at me that “You Can’t Be Blocking The Hall Way Like That !! There Needs To Be Room To Walk!!” I understand I told her but there was no need to make a big scene yelling from the office door way. Pretty much disrespectful at the most in front of customers also. Also the air conditioning needs to be looked at because that little wall ac cannot cool all those rooms. That’s not what I paid for

UHaul staffs at both facilities (dropoff and storage) on SPI DR highway were extremely helpful and understanding. They found ways to help us by providing us temperature controlled storages for our belongings for free. They were very helpful and nice. I have used UHaul before. These staffs went beyond to help us. Natalie A | First Impressions1. Train staff to keep AGE of customer in mind. We’re 73 assigning #101 caused inconvenience walking extra feet! My husband uses a cane. Though we still walk - doing work while walking is best to keep distance short!! I was shown the map . Though it showed it on the corner & being the first “I didn’t think to take the entrance door into consideration! 2.Light inside the unit would help tremendously!! 3. Staff - Talk to each other! I set up storage. The staff lady said she’d leave the “ clicker under cabinet”due to my daughter & son in-law were driving in the 27ft U-Haul truck to drop off some items from out of town. When my daughter arrived first staff lady was not around & no one knew anything about it!! No clicker was given to her!! The following day I drove by there & the staff member looked under the counter & THERE IT WAS!! Mush easier to enter w truck! We will continue using U-Haul.we’re not done moving. Hopefully one more truck load! We’re learning as we go. It would help if staff were more in tuned to what a customer needs to make the moving easier & less stressful!

The manager Joe. Was a worst experience I ever had with him he is rude he doesn’t introduce himself he always has a mad face staff is not friendly. I am going to call someone else to report this. Very very bad service. And I was there for 2 years and a half . I will never take my business there ever again…

The air conditioning building next to the office was cold. I called numerous times and spoke with a rude lady that stated the facility would get air conditioning fixed; it was hot for 3 months. I moved out on Monday, 01/22/2024, I have the receipt.

Took care of all of our needs, including walking to the back of the storage lot to make sure we found the right area for our rV and got it in properly. We mentioned to him that there was some garbage collecting at the back of the property, and when we returned a few days later, the whole back lot was clean and neat. Storage was easy; and returning the key fob was easy.

Left us before the job was completed, were standoffish, confrontational and lied about the condition of our storage unit. They didn’t have masks on when they arrived-despite a staff member having covid. Two teenagers with no experience or people skills. Our house looks like a bomb went off. Hoping we are not exposed to covid as one refused to wear his mask appropriately. Please fire Guardian Services. Very pleased with Uhaul and its staff. Move out paperwork was a breeze and they were soooo nice!!!!
