I'm sorry to say that the truck was not as clean outside as I would have expected, but the inside was clean. This truck needs the transmission checked, as it has significant hesitation transitioning into its higher gears, as it is increasing in speed. This happened before loading, as well as after loaded. Otherwise, it did perform well during the 1,000 mile trip. Staff was courteous.

I was uncomfortable with the unit when I started it up and it indicated 0% life left on the oil. I was assured that this was not a problem that the unit had to go to another location to be serviced and that the oil level was proper. They were very busy and it took a long time to get out of the yard with our unit. This location is not where we expected to pick up the truck. They sent us an e-mail with the new location, but we were already headed to pick up the truck at the location the initial receipt stated so we did not get the message until we went to the original planned location. Clarity of the pick up location when we received our verification call would have been beneficial.

This past Sunday, I went in to see if I could rent a box truck to move my stuff from my old place to my new one. I expected a long wait, and no vehicles to rent. I was surprised to find, no wait, and the vehicle I needed. It was clean, full of gas, and had a great ride. The guys behind the counter were friendly, attentive, and in a great mood. I don't like working Sundays, but these two men were in great spirits. The other customers were having great service as well. Thank you for a great transaction.

The back rolling door kept getting stuck half way. Maybe regular maintenance checks can be done to ensure it's in adequate working order. Other than that, the service was excellent.

I got MISERABLE mileage driving a 10' truck that was practically empty - apparently because some button had been left "on," that set the power train for towing a car (which I was not doing). SOMEONE at the location should have checked for that, since the customer knows nothing about GMC trucks and what the various lights signify.

gas was at 3/4 on digital sign screen. returned with above 3/4. no one approached me for return after being parked there about 5 minutes. then charged for gas?? ridiculous.

Our first truck drove badly as if tire were extremely out of alignment. However, we immediately returned to the pick up location and very quickly received another vehicle in very good condition. Very pleased with replacement service and overall experience.

Your early morning employee, Andres was very respectful and offered impeccable customer service etiquette. I had stopped the day earlier to have them check the tow ball to ensure it was the right size around 1615 and the gentleman was helpful. I usually utilize that place to fill up my propane tank and other truck rentals. You have Great personnel at that station. Again, thank you and keep up the Outstanding service.

Arrived at ~4:30pm to pick up van. Desk was under manned; had to wait ~15min at ck-in counter. By time I left there were 6 customers in line behind me. Staff were ALL very pleasant & helpful. You have good people, just not enough of them during rush times (Fri afternoon).

Reserved 26' truck and didn't have it so took 20', so much for $50 quarantee which, in turn caused double trips and additional mileage charge which, I should have never incurred thus, should be waived due to Uhaul not providing equipment reserved with credit card as quaranteed!!
