When I was checking out upon returning the truck I rented I commented that I didn't think I had traveled the milage I was being charged for. Before leaving when I rented the truck I took a picture of the milage. It was at 133077.0 not 133070.9. The picture I took has the time stamp on it and it should coinside with the time I rented the truck. Not being picky but that is roughly $6. Additionally the customer service when I was picking up the truck was horrible.

I had an "open" return location as I did not know the Corpus area. The first TWO locations that I pulled from the uhaul web site did not exist or were out of business. Locations needs to be maintained

The truck heater system didn't work nor did the defroster system. This made it difficult to travel late at night when the temperature drop or early in the morning when we need the defroster to work.

Bought insurance so did not look over truck, when it began to rain we closed truck up and waited out rain. We finished packing truck and went to new home when we got to back of truck all mattresses and box springs wet and some boxes due to large hole in top left drivers side corner of truck. Only time I’ve ever been disappointed with uhaul truck.

I needed to trade the trailer for a larger one. I called you number and they told me sure and that there was a larger one available. I rented the initial trailer at 3:15pm on a Thursday, you (Uhaul) told me the next morning you would swap it out. When I went to do that, I was charged the full amount for the 1st trailer and then the full amount for the one that I was going to. When I mentioned I felt that was a little excessive, I was told thats the way it is, I had the original over the night. This contradicted what I was told on the phone. I feel an adjustment would have been appropriate. This was not a lot of money but, it was terrible customer relations. I will not return.

When I returned the truck & let the guys know that the door was super hard to close completely, they were very apologetic & said they’d be sure to have that checked. Only mentioned it so they could check it before the next renter...nice when employees care about customers input. Great staff at this location!!!!

The 5x8 trailers were interlocked so I wasn't able to get the trailer that had the number on the paperwork I was filling out. This made it challenging to return the trailer at a different location.also I had challenge returning the trailer because I did not have a contract and they kept asking for a contract.

Still waiting on my receipt, and I made a reservation for extra equipment to help me move but was told they don't have it but if I want to buy it then I could use it. Then in the truck the ignition switch got stuck with the key have to turn it on and then click it back if not it got stuck in the turn on postison

The manager was very rude!! Another customer was there as well and stated that the manager did not have to answer my question so rudly. I understand he is doing his job but he does not have to be condensing!! In addition, I was charged for an extra day that I did not rent. He had already ran it on my card that was on file. I was charged extra for Sunday and Monday. If I had to go back i would not!!. Respectfully, Teresa Hinojosa

We have a corporate account at both UHaul and Penske. Penske only charges us "Pump rate" to refill so it looks like it will be cheaper in the long run.
