Make sure the tie down straps are ready to use.This is the second time I rented a car hauler and had trouble with the front tie down straps or the cranking mechanism. The first time and the second time also that cranking mechanism needes lubrication. This time someone had cranked the straps so tight it took about an hour to repair. A lttle preventive measures go long way for happy customers. The good news was my experience with Uhaul.com/help. A tire blew out on the trailer, so called the help line Shaun answered. He worked with me to get my location and sent a service man out. Within an hour i was on the road again. A hoorah for Shaun and the serviceman. Both of these men make U-Haul a great place.

I made a reservation , I was told my card wouldn't be charged , your employee let someone sign for the wrong card with the wrong name so I think the employees need to actually know the rules so I don't have to be told the right information the day after I get my uhaul and pay. Alex was very rude he was a manager and didn't even know how to do a return. The experience was terrible. The employees didn't know what to do. Just absolutely ridiculous. I think all the employees need to re read their handbook and know the rules for loyal customers like I was but I will never rent with uhaul again.

Actually document customer complaints and don't just say that you are going to document the complaint to get your customers that are upset and frustrated out of your facility before they can forewarn the other customers in the store..address the faulty equipment issues and take the necessary measures to place those vehicles and equipment out of service. For the amount of money that was spent to rent a U-Haul and travel 600+ miles, I should have been insured in my feeling that my passage was going to be safe and secure & not full of worry and fear due to the fact that the brakes were out in torrential rains and heavy traffic on roads under construction. I will never use Uhaul again and I will deter everyone I know from using Uhaul.

Had difficulty with the changing of the trucks due to not knowing the 10' did not have a ramp...the little boys at the office were rude and were of no assistance...i believe the lady i spoke to was named Monica she was very polite...but never again will i use uhaul very dissatisfied with how i was treated my the in store employees

Alex and Cody were very helpful. We needed to switch to an in-closed trailer after our first trip. Cody had us in and out both times. When we dropped the trailer off and unloaded the last large piece of equipment to be stored, Alex helped us out and got it in the unit with us.

Unbelievable! As soon as I got home to start loading my trailer, I immediately figured out that zero effort had been put into verifying that the trailer was clean before it was issued to me. I opened the back and my four-year-old daughter climbed in to check it out because she was so excited to see it. I stepped away for a moment until my daughter brought me rounds of live amunition she found on the floor of the trailer. She thought they were toys!!! I immediately climbed into the trailer to see dirt and grass everywhere on the floor, fishing hooks, and yes, a few more rounds of live ammunition. Thanks for the scare, UHaul! Gee, I thought that if I were paying money to rent a trailer that it would be issued to me clean?!?! Don't worry about it though. I dropped it off clean free of charge to you. You're welcome! To make matters worse, I got pulled over by law enforcement later that night and was issued a warning. Not all of the running lights on your trailer were working. I thank you for not only scaring the bejesus out of me by putting rounds of live ammo into my daughters hands, but also compromising my safety on the highway. Shouldn't the pickup location take the time to clean the equipment and check it out for proper operation before it is issued to a new customer? Hmm? And I paid you money for this?!?! Don't spend it all in one place, UHaul! Thanks for not doing your job. It's been a pleasure!

I completed and paid online so I was curious why my credit card needed to be swiped again. I was told it was to "identify me in the system" although I had my confirmation number and paper work. I think it makes customers uneasy when their credit card is swiped for no apparent good reason.

Used on line no waiting hu still waited in line 30 min. Luckly i had my reservation number they had no idea i was coming they even said i was supposed to call to set up pick up. Some where the ball got droped.Bad experiance when ten people in front if you thinking i did good using the online feature. Will need to rent flat trailer later would be nice if i was accomedated for my trouble i always use Uhaul but this program needs to be tweaked. Thank you Mr Reyna

There was many people in line waiting but the staff worked well together to get folks addressed. NOTE: Schedule discussions with local police on crime situation during the week and not during the busy weekend especially at 930am - I understand it probably needed to be addressed but it took one of your staff out of rotation and the line for pick up was literally out the door - poor timing choice by manager

Facility understaffed, 07/06/2017 when I returned the trailer after the repair. Had to wait for some time, then disconnected myself, told the staff where the trailer was. Appears they did log the trailer in sometime later. Could have told me that in the first place, saved some time.
