It was delivered two days later. One staff pushed me to choose $10 insurance plan when I rent a pick-up truck. I requested a total receipt what I spent including Ubox delivery fee. She declined.

The unit that was offered was not big enough and there was no light inside the unit which was inside a large building. So we couldn`t see inside the unit to even use it.

Make sure that new staff know how to activate the 24 hour access cards and know how to set up a pin number. New staff did not know this procedure when this sold us this additional product.

The outdoor storage rooms needs to be replaced. They are dangerous, not ventilated and look very unsecure.
