Tray under the console had used tissues and a used blue face mask in it, I did NOT remove them. The drink trays had sticky residue on them. Overall though the truck was fine

It would be a good experience if they would have had gave me a good truck instead of a dead battery and when trying to get roadside assistance nobody answered me for about 30 minutes

Vehicle smelled like beer, fuel gauge and mileage was incorrect. Vehicle ran horrible and almost shut off several times. Location charged me for 2 appliance dollies even thought I only purchased one and still haven't refunded my money.

I made my reservation for the camp Wisdom and 35 location because it's 1.1 miles from my house. I book my reservation and arrive at 7am per the text message I received from your system. The young lady behind the counter tells me my reservation was cancelled because my pick-up times was supposed to be 5:30 (even though they weren't open) and they don't have any cargo vans available. So she made me a reservation at the next closest location that had a cargo van. (This added 10 extra miles to my trip because of these distance from my house) I arrive, rent the van and the young lady behind the counter tells me when everything is complete, of you're going to return it late just give me a call. She never said anything about additional charges if I was late or I would have changed my return time to give me a greater space cushion. I go and use the van for what I needed and encounter an accident on the freeway that delayed me by 40 minutes. I call the young lady and tell her I'm going to arrive at 4 instead of 3. She tells me "you're extending your contract which will result in additional charges of $41.50 and hangs up. At this point I'm livid. I get done with the van, get gas and arrive at your U-haul center at 3:48p. The young man checks me in and tells me not to worry about the extra charges, he will put me down that I returned the van on time. I was extremely disappointed with the way the additional time request was handled by your representative to say the least. If I do recommend or use this location again (I probably won't, I'll just use Penske because I have rented from them before and they don't play games like this) I will automatically add 2 hours to my return time to avoid the frustration.

They need to close this location down. VERY VERY Poor service there. Uhaul was not clean at all. They didn't check to see if we had the car on there right and when we went to turn it in found out that we didn't thank god it didn't come off the trailer. Will NEVER use Uhaul again or send any family members or friends there.

Employees at this location were disengaged and transactional. Is it too much to ask that a cashier look a customer in the eye? Use a friendly tone? That she Not cuss at the card reader and huff and sigh? No masks on male employees was concerning as well.

Been customer for more then few months but was never Satisfied or happy. One stapes at a time - need enough employees in rush hours. Not a single time I could do in and out took me at least 20-30 mins even just to pay my storage fee. Also when I call No one pickup the phone and if they did pick up my call they put me on hold for ever till they get to charge me extra fees smh. I got so frustrated up to where I just pay them extra fee and shut up. P.S. storage units are not quite convenience.

I highly recommend company transparency, I had someone calling me asking about a rental and when would u return it, I told her it was returned in the same day, her attitude was noting short of asking as though I was lying. Do better on keeping up with your rentals .

Need more help at the front counter; it was a Sunday morning and there was only 1 person at the counter; averaging 20 minutes per person. The counter person was very friendly, only a little frazzled as she had several people in line. The people who arrived at 7:30 didn't get finished until about 9. Took me about an hour.

I had to return a mattress bag but did not have the receipt. I received a credit which could not be activated for 24 hours i believe. I was renting for a second time in a week and could not get the credit applied to my rental. I now have a $3.48 credit which i will never use. This was really inconvenient, i realize it is a small amount but its money i cant ever get back.

First let me start with the people there.I wslked in and some one said hi.i couldn't see because there's too much clutter by the counter.when i walked up to the counter there was this lady with long white hair in her 60s .when she saw me she said what do you need.i stood there and corrected her you mean what can i help you with.there was also another guy sitting down and he also said is what do you need.i thought that wasreally rude of them.also that lady couldn't ring me up because apparently she made too many mistakes in the computer. Another younger lady comes in from the hot sun outside and helps me.she said i dont have your truck.that other guy says send him to red bird i said oh no im not running around looking for a truck i reserved.so she says i can get you a bigger truck same price i said ok.they all seem to need more customer service training.also the truck i drove was shaking alot when i sped up on the highway.

Stephanie Davis was amazing. When I rented the truck, she was super helpful and patient even after she had clearly had a hard day. When I turned the truck back in, she corrected an error quickly and, again, was just incredibly helpful!

First guy was not friendly. Customer care agent did not show empathy when explaining the first guy was not helpful enough... when I got tot the place to return the truck, the service guy started checking things I did NOT even know we were suppose to check before leaving the parking... the last lady that charge me, she was helpful enough to fix my bill... still not satisfied with the overall experience.

On returning the equipment I found the line very long and only one associate available. I stood waiting for a very long time before I was told there is a different procedure for returning the truck. Signage and/or proper instructions at pick-up time will eliminate this problem.

None of the staff were wearing masks. The clerk gave the equipment that I reserved to someone else and acted like it was no big deal. It ruined my entire moving day and delayed other things I had planned. This is the second time I've had a bad experience with this location. The error made by this careless person cost me more many than I needed to spend. Never going back here nor would I recommend their services.
