NANCY P | Overall ExperienceHorrible service, contacted the general manager of the facility and nothing was resolved in regards to my feed back about the office team and management. Items were stolen out of my unit and placed in another to be thrown away. Management had no clue and no footage was pulled up on who took the items out. Law enforcement was no help on getting my items back and no detective came out to start the case. Then a couple months later after a major fire broke out, ITEMS WERE STOLEN FROM MY UNIT AGAIN THIS TIME ALL OF MY CLOTHES. You'll never know what people are going through and what they worked hard for. That facility has cameras all around and they do not care about securing the storages. I will 100% not recommend this place for anyone. I will make sure to provide photos and every detail of what this place has done.
