To begin, the truck that I reserved was not available at the reservation location or any other nearby location. The employee in the store was able to give me a smaller truck with a discount which I accepted. When I returned the truck, with more gas than it had previously, I was told my charges would only be an additional 12.00 for mileage. However, when my final invoice arrived I had been charged the initial quote of 29.00 and then another amount of 104.00. When I called in about the charges, I was told I had not returned the truck for several days, even though it was actually returned on time. Eventually the problem was resolved but the issues I have experienced with Uhaul (in particular this location) is enough for me to never use your service again.

I was very disappointed with the way the trucks are maintained especialy the first truck that i was offer did not work the second one was totaly empty of gas whe I drove it out of the location the gas light came on they had told me that it had 1/4 of a tank it it was empty they had to change the contract 3 times, also I the truck had an issue it kept going to the left like it was unbalance I had to drive it at 30 miles a hour heading back I took local rd just to make sure I got back ok, customer service was good but I truly belive that those truck are not well kept.

The truck's down shift was very noisy and jerky. The staff's attention to detail was minimal which wasted my time and money. I was charged forty dollars for fuel when my truck was filled to the half point as was required. Ironically, when I was first renting the truck, I had to go back into the store because the contract overstated the fuel amount by the same amount that was understated when I returned the truck. Now, I wonder if it was a mistake.

Make sure equipment that customer requests is in truck. Also better customer service on service options available. Requested Dolly was not in truck. This was my worst experience with Uhaul. I have been a customer for many years .

Staff wasn't at desk for initial pickup. After calling out a few times, I eventually walked through the store and to the back employee area where I saw someone. After we acknowledge each other, after about a minute she finally came to the register, with food in hand. I obviously had to wait for her food to finish before I was helped. Then after completing the rental agreement at around 8:30am, I was advised that even though I purchased a 24 hour rental, I would receive an alert to have the truck back at 7:30 even though it really needed to be 8am. This puzzled me because obviously, 24hrs would be 8:30; that's what I paid for. Upon return, system was down and slow, as usual for this location, and instead of a smooth drop off in and out, they had trouble unhooking the equipment. The staff were very courteous, but professionalism and prompt service lack here. This was my second, and last visit to this place.

I have nothing but good things to say about the people working here. Its a well run place. But Uhaul corporate is total bullshit. I rented a Uhaul on the website from another location and got into an awkward situation with the owner. Called customer service to complain and they assured me they would email me a voucher to use for my next rental but i never heard back. Call this location directly. They are good. But Uhaul online is a mess and they are unhelpful.
