The dolly wheel was broken and we were still charged a 2 day usage ... I called and reported it but the lady that Answered the phone did not seem too interested In letting someone know... she said yes ok I'll put it in the system ... is that all for you today... Not concerned ... it wasn't her money any way

I had a horrible experience at the Cedar Hill Location. I was given Kevin Harless' phone number after multiple calls and leaving a message I still have heard no reply. If this is how you do business you have lost my future business

When dropping off my U-Haul I was trying to explain what happened but they said they were closed when I arrived 20 mins before closing time. They didn’t want to help me unload my vehicle and told me I needed to drop my keys in the drop box and closed the U-Haul door.

If I could rate this as a "zero", I would. I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The overall customer service at this location was sub-par. The reps were extremely rude and disinterested. I reserved a pickup to move a dryer. The pickup truck that I was provided was broken and the bed of the truck would not open. The rep suggested that I take a crowbar to open it and it was only upon my suggestion/request (moreso a demand for accommodation) to switch vehicles that they put me in a van. In addition, they were not helpful in answering my questions regarding gas requirements and final billing charges. They were not apologetic at all for the inconvenience. I will definitely not be using this location again nor will I refer anyone to this location.

I returned the truck with more fuel than I left with. I was charged fuel charges that I should not have been. I emailed the store and have not heard anything back in several days. I guess I will have to dispute with the credit card company since the customer service is so poor.

The only legitimate problem I had with this was the truck, the alignment was off. I didn't feel safe driving it onto the highway so my trip was extended due to me having to take the local streets.

Van had electrical/stability error messages making it nerve-wrecking to drive the vehicle and was charged more than I should have been. I had also previously attempted self-pickup which was a total failure, causing me to have to re-book and complete my reservation a different day in-person instead.

The 20' truck I received had several markings due to prior damages. I booked my reservation with the R L Thornton location and is also my preference location , but my reservation got switched to the Westmoreland location which was an inconvenience.

Got a truck that I ask for 20' but got a 26' I didn't want. Since the location didn't have any more 20', I had to accept. After returning the truck, I was charged in error for equipment furniture pads that I didn't use. I've been reserving with Uhaul for the past 2 years and never had any problems until now but I've always reserved at the R L Thornton location.
