Make sure customers receive a receipt. I was told it would be in my email and I still have yet to get an email and also the truck I rented was $19.99 estimated mileage 20 miles I used 6 miles TOTAL and I was still charged $33.00 and because I didn't get a receipt I don't know why. Also I had the truck for about 1 hour tops or less!

The workers were nice polite and fast. My only problem was I needed the truck that 19.95 in town truck. I was told they had none so I had to get the next size up. So I was like ok. After I pay and go outside I see the smaller truck, the one I needed. So I cant help but feel like I was just tricked into getting the bigger truck to up sales or something. I really hope not.

I have half a mind to report Uhaul to the BBB for the way we were treated with what can only be described as descrimination. After asking me for a “secondary contact number” in case of emergency, the store associate had the audacity to call the number I gave him to “verify it was real” in his own words! When my husband answers his phone, the associate preceded to verify that he was who I claimed he was and ask if it was ok that I gave them this number. We were both shocked and appalled. When I asked him what they would have done if he (my husband) had been unable to answer, the associate said “ we wouldn’t give you a truck”! I insist on someone giving me a call to explain to me how this policy is in ANY WAY acceptable. 972-532-0220

Called to get trailer. Told me to go to location and they did not have it. Told to go to another location and then they guy said my name was not in system. Then after a bit he found it. Your order system needs improvements.

The 1-800# booked me a car carrier. I needed a 5x10 trailer. The rental was to start at 2PM. I waited 25 minutes before I got to the counter. The woman was indifferent, rude, and uncommunicative. At 2:30 the covered trailer docs were finally ready. She had to call my neighbor for "verification" of my existence. This is not done in Ca. At 2:30 she told me the trailer had to be back at 2.pm. I told her this is a 24 hour rental it's 2.30. She did not respond.She told me to wait outside no further direction was given. I went out and she was in a different part of the yard.I realized I had to walk to her or get no direction. The young lot man was very attentive and communicative but my main rep. was barely out of her teens and carried a sullen attitude. She has absolutely no manners and needs training or a job where she does not deal with people. She was not there yesterday but the same young lot man was and he apologized for her manner profusely. Counter wait excessive.30+ minutes Verification calls unneeded you can prove viability by the credit card Manners do not exist with the Uhaul Rep female. She tranishes your image. RFA

I did not have any problems with the truck. The truck was clean and well maintained. But your costumer service at this location is terrible. Both the man who wrote up my contract and the young kid who checked me out when I returned the truck. Also, the rental process was very suspicious. I was not asked to sign anything at all. And to this day, I have not received my receipt.

I was inconvenience for an hour & a half trying to locate a truck with no lock box in the cold rain. Just a horrible experience. I don’t think I will be using their service anymore. And to think I was not even compensated for the inconvenience, just horrible. Definitely would not recommend to anyone.

You had a man from another store working there named Nick that gave the optimum customer service. The other two guys were very rude and unaccommodating . I read the negative reviews about this location before going there and the customer service was awful until Nick stepped in and waited on me. Nick needs to be well commended

Had trouble finding truck and had corporate send me to this location with a substitute vehicle reserved. Once I got there, the location had the vehicle I needed in the first place and let me rent it. Come confusion but was reconciled. Also, location was farther from my move so I incurred additional charges above anticipated. Major metro area should have lots of trucks. Now wondering if the closer location might have had the vehicle I needed (see first comment).
