Coming to this location was the highlight of my day! The entire staff was amazing!! Everyone we spoke to was helpful and extremely knowledgeable! This is the BEST customer service I've ever had at a u-haul EVER!!! They explained everything about our purchase, gave us helpful tips, and gave us very good and detailed instructions and best practices! I appreciate each person and representative that was there on a busy Saturday! They quickly and easily helped about 5-6 people while we were there, we arrived at the end of the line and it took less than 10 minutes for us to get to the front of the line. Everyone that was in front of us received excellent customer service and detailed information about their purchase as well! I am happy with the entire experience!! Thanks Team!Deborah D.

I reserved equipment with my truck reservation and none of the equipment (ex.dollies) were available. What sense does it make to reserve equipment to help assist with moving and they rent it to someone else! Nothing went right with my move and no one in the store nor after numerous phone calls were able to give appropriate customer service to resolve my issue. Train each location the same. Place had trash everywhere. My uhaul was not clean. The service engine light came on. I was forced to a bigger truck even though what I had reserved online was still on the lot when I returned the bigger truck. There were several in fact. Overall just not a good experience.Carrie W.
My dolly was not in stock. That's a major issue when you're planning a move (I was moving a piano). It cost me extra money to buy that, and I was 30 minutes delayed, which I had to pay movers for. On top of that, the staff was not helpful. They didn't try to offer me any additional solutions to the problem, they were bad at communication, and generally unprofessional (all we're eating lunch at the desk, and it wasn't clear who was talking to me). My reservation confirmation had 8th Street in Dallas, after driving 5 hours to pick up the truck and dolly arrived to be told they didn't have my reservation. I had to go to this location and when I arrived there no dolly was available. My reservation I had reserved an appliance dolly so this part of my experience was a little frustrating.Wilma B.

The vehicle was dirty,had a foul odor, the passenger side mirror didn't adjust because it was glued at the base, the check engine light was on and the windshield wipers were old and broken . The air conditioner would shut off after a while. I was highly dissatisfied and disappointed with the quality of the vehicle that I received.JESUS M.

I reserved a unit at a local dealer, waited for 30 minutes no one showed, forced me to go to a different location went and was able to transfer my reservation but they said they couldn't help me with a discount or anything for waiting that long. Fast forward when it's time to return the truck pump gas the gauge was not function properly and they didn't explain to me how much gas was exactly needed I ended up pumping 108. Filled the truck ask if I can get reimbursed due to the fact the truck was 1/2 tank. They said sorry they couldn't. I went in cause of the advertisement outside said 39.99 for a truck rental ended up spending over 250 my first time at uhaul will not be using uhaul againâ€¦Oliver G.

Storage area very hot! Suggest hanging fans from ceiling during summer months if A/C can't be provided in area and you will not allow and doors open for venalation. Drop off location for truck was not able to be changed at location. So staff provided 1800-go-uhaul, as a business understand... but as a customer a little frustrating when your told well we didn't make reservation so call them. Once i get to 800 go uhaul then I'm provided number to scheduling to have information changed, but a move is already stressful enough! Staff was friendly and very informative.Sweet H.

Be a little more understanding when the customer has a problem. When the trucks are dropped off 5 minutes late and the employees are still there you ask them for help checking in the truck and his answer is "don't worry about it ". Then I get a email that you're billing me for an extra day and gas that I know I put back. Now you're charging my card almost a $100 for using the trunk for less than 4 hours. I used this location several times and never had this problem since your employee acted lik she could care less I won't be using that location ever again.PATRICIA A.

When I made the appointment over the phone I could heard another conversation that was overbearing the conversation between me.and the associate. Upon arrival I seen a woman taking reservations and getting customers information on speaker phone for everyone in lobby to hear. ( it could be that the phone wasn't working and she had no choice). From a corporate standpoint the $20.00 overnight drop-off fee is stupid. I should have kept it until 1:30 to maximize my dollar, but instead I dropped it off so if could be used by another customer first thing in the morning.mike K.

First, the truck was not in very good conditions with a big hole on the passenger side. Second, there must have been a leak from the roof and when it rained, all our stuff got very wet which we could not use or move in until it was dry. We had a very unpleasant experience!ANDRES C.

Trying to personnel to be professional. While I was there picking up The employees were having conversation among some selves and ignoring me. There was cussing, talking about food, someone's child was called from the back to come up to ask about their food. They were talking about the bathroom and One employee told the other not to go â€œboo-booâ€ in there, Because it stinks up the whole place. All this was happening while she's working on my paperwork, which took even longer because she was stopping to talk. Then we were done, we told to go to the back to pick up our trailer around back. . When we got back here we waited for at least 5 to 10 minutes. My husband had to go back inside and ask if anyone was going to help us. The SAME gentleman was in there talking and had to stop to come out and give us our trailer.Bianca M.

Need to schedule your reservations properly..I schedule a truck on Sat July 2 at 800am and got there and you guys had no trucks..Your customer service should have reached out to ppl the day before to let us know you wouldn't have any trucks or to reschedule me..Instead you guys allowed me and others to come there,only fir you guys to tell us to comeback the next day..So you guys cost me money because I had hired help scheduled for July 2,but ended up having to pay them for July 3 because of you errorPASTER G.

You should close this storage facility. It was sank, wetness everywhere, impossible to unload a trailer and walk the entire distance including stairs to 2nd story. I was member able to move in. Been customer for more then few months but was never Satisfied or happy. One stapes at a time - need enough employees in rush hours. Not a single time I could do in and out took me at least 20-30 mins even just to pay my storage fee. Also when I call No one pickup the phone and if they did pick up my call they put me on hold for ever till they get to charge me extra fees smh.
