Very poor customer service and lack of professionalism. Explanation of rules was not clear at all. Then the bill was not correct. The mileage was bogus.

The air conditioner would shut off after a while. I was highly dissatisfied and disappointed with the quality of the vehicle that I received.

tequila D.I reserved a unit at a local dealer, waited for 30 minutes no one showed, forced me to go to a different location went and was able to transfer my reservation but they said they couldn't help me with a discount or anything for waiting that long. Fast forward when it's time to return the truck pump gas the gauge was not function properly and they didn't explain to me how much gas was exactly needed I ended up pumping 108. Filled the truck ask if I can get reimbursed due to the fact the truck was 1/2 tank. They said sorry they couldn't. I went in cause of the advertisement outside said 39.99 for a truck rental ended up spending over 250 my first time at uhaul will not be using uhaul again…

Tammy H.Storage area very hot! Suggest hanging fans from ceiling during summer months if A/C can't be provided in area and you will not allow and doors open for venalation. Drop off location for truck was not able to be changed at location. So staff provided 1800-go-uhaul, as a business understand... but as a customer a little frustrating when your told well we didn't make reservation so call them. Once i get to 800 go uhaul then I'm provided number to scheduling to have information changed, but a move is already stressful enough! Staff was friendly and very informative.

When the trucks are dropped off 5 minutes late and the employees are still there you ask them for help checking in the truck and his answer is "don't worry about it ". Then I get a email that you're billing me for an extra day and gas that I know I put back. Now you're charging my card almost a $100 for using the trunk for less than 4 hours. I used this location several times and never had this problem since your employee acted lik she could care less I won't be using that location ever again.

Upon arrival I seen a woman taking reservations and getting customers information on speaker phone for everyone in lobby to hear. ( it could be that the phone wasn't working and she had no choice). From a corporate standpoint the $20.00 overnight drop-off fee is stupid. I should have kept it until 1:30 to maximize my dollar, but instead I dropped it off so if could be used by another customer first thing in the morning.

Renee J.First, the truck was not in very good conditions with a big hole on the passenger side. Second, there must have been a leak from the roof and when it rained, all our stuff got very wet which we could not use or move in until it was dry. We had a very unpleasant experience!

jimmie T.Trying to personnel to be professional. While I was there picking up The employees were having conversation among some selves and ignoring me. There was cussing, talking about food, someone's child was called from the back to come up to ask about their food. They were talking about the bathroom and One employee told the other not to go “boo-boo†in there, Because it stinks up the whole place. All this was happening while she's working on my paperwork, which took even longer because she was stopping to talk. Then we were done, we told to go to the back to pick up our trailer around back. . When we got back here we waited for at least 5 to 10 minutes. My husband had to go back inside and ask if anyone was going to help us. The SAME gentleman was in there talking and had to stop to come out and give us our trailer.

ELIAS S.Kayvin Wilkerson was the young lady that received my reservation. She was absolutely awesome! The store was quite busy and she handled each customer's needs efficiently with a positive attitude. She was knowledgable about other locations that may be able to assist with things that her location didn't provide. At one point, she had a customer and myself included being checked out at the same time with no stress for everyone involved. As a teacher, it is rare for me to encounter some one who demonstrates such poise and effectiveness under pressure. There was also another worker named "Red" who hooked up the trailer that I rented. He was also awesome because the first vehicle that we came in was not equipped with everything that we need to be in legal status on the road (no tow light hookup). He was patient enough to explain it to us and to help us after we returned with another vehicle. I was just really impressed with their efforts to make everyone's day the best.

Clean -- Yes Well Maintained -- See Below And for the "you've been gone for more than 10 Minutes" from the initial CS Rep that check the vehicle out to me. 1) The "inspect the Link vehicle" didn't leave room for comments, essentially Yes/No questions. The fact that both issues did not present themselves until after driving away 2.) Service Engine Light came on, because the Gas Cap had not been secured properly. 3.)Right Side Mirror was loose and wouldn't stay in position. I commend and Thank the Service Team/Check-in for taking the time to help us when we brought the truck back to report the issues.
Jeremy S.After waiting in line at another location for 45 to pick up my truck that I reserved several days ago, I received a call from uhaul saying they changed my pickup location and to go this unit. When I arrived, they didn't have a truck for me and the lady was rude. I was already upset that I had to drive further and pay kore mileage because of the change of location. 45 minutes later after she called uhaul, I finally got a truck. I did have to pay the extra 14 miles and a kove that should have been done in a couple of hours, took all day because of waiting at both locations. This is the second time this has happened to me. Not sure if I will use uhaul again.

Go bk to the old way drop truck and key and leave. Your new way will get someone hurt. In this case we need help immediately. I'm 68 yrs old with another senior trying to return this truck after hrs. I will never do that again..too dangerous. It must be another process for after hr. returns. Thank you
