The so called manager was rude when I called her on Wednesday morning about my concerns. Told me I didn't put the gas back in the uhaul when I know I did I was only supposed to put it back on half like my paperwork stated, second she accused me of taking a dolly that wasn't in the truck I had my own she would have known if she came outside and checked the truck like she should have, third and I got charged for not checking the truck in when I didn't know I was suppose to cause I never had to do that before she could have told me that instead of talking about weed on the phone when her boyfriend called! So I'm very pissed off it's always something when I go to that location every single time. You charge me for gas, dolly, not checking it in so I got charged for stuff that I shouldn't have been charged for!!!Dana H.

This facility was accommodating. The drop off location we were scheduled to use didn't exist so we called around to find one that would allow us to drop the trailer without charging us an extra fee. It took an extra 45 minutes, mostly due to getting u-haul customer service to approve it. It's too bad they don't have much competition. Service would then be better from u-haul corporate.RONALD S.

I had a lot of trouble to open the back door. It was SUPER hard that I twisted my wrist. I don't appreciate that it was very painful and annoying to do this every time that I had to open the back door. I informed the staff person about this when I returned the truck. I also informed her that the truck box wasn't clean. I noticed this after the trouble of trying to open the back door when I arrived to my destination. I had to cleaned it before I loaded my items. Please take extra time to clean the trucks interior because that truck was very sticky on the door panel and the steering wheel.Maria C.

The wait time on the phone was extraordinarly long, over 20 minutes. That said, I specified that I need to pick up the truck at 1:00 pm and completed everything online, however, when I got there 1 person was available to help with getting a my rental and over 10 customers waiting to be attended. The U-Haul employee, she was very helpful, but just could not handle the number of responsibilities on the ground.Liane P.

Not charge me for a drop off relocation fee whenever I never had a set drop off location and order the truck through my mobile device I did not pick a drop off destination because I knew that there would be one closer to where I was whenever I was done with the truck therefore I would not be dropping it off at the same place I got itCallie B.
You should close this storage facility. It was sank, wetness everywhere, impossible to unload a trailer and walk the entire distance including stairs to 2nd story. I was member able to move in. First I was contacted by customer center that a location change was made due to my early time that was requested. Just to find out when I get there they do not open until an hour later. I waste gas and time going back home and then coming back once store was open. Customer service was horrible! I told them I had a reservation the lady first stated they did not have a truck for me! Then had to call a manager his name was Mike in to assist her due to the fact that I had a reservation reserved. This was the longest experience also my first time dealing with renting a truck. This was not pleasant nor smooth. The individual had me waiting at least 40 minutes until she got the transaction correct, this took about three tries. Not a single time I could do in and out took me at least 20-30 mins even just to pay my storage fee. Also when I call No one pickup the phone and if they did pick up my call they put me on hold for ever till they get to charge me extra fees smh.
