I spent twice as much on mileage ($49) then on the actual rental of the vehicle ($19.95) and you offer no military discount even though you company boast of their support of the military

I usually get from 70th eastcon Washington Street. they moved my location with notifications. 5 additional miles were added do to this. Communication is important 7000 East Washington street is more convenient for me.

Explain the bill. I paid for 10 miles I had 18 so I was thinking I had 8 over for 79¢. My bill was $41. for a $19.99 truck. Taxes made it $27. So I'm confused.

There was a Bio Hazard Blood on my Dolly it was giving to me that way. I called though it took forever for someone to reply I was eventually and was told to exchange with a fellow location in different area.. My need was meet but I would just say for employee to glance over all returns and clean other than that I def. Choose Uhaul Again..

They charged us for far more miles than we drove. I WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT. Other than that the experience was fine.

When I called I was informed that the vehicle that I booked online was not available. I was not informed of this issue until I called therefore I would have showed up and my vehicle would not had been ready

booked for the day, picked up at 7:00am (they was late opening). Was told I didn't have it for the "DAY" but had to have it back by 1:00pm same day. If you are counting that is 6 hours not a "DAY". I protested she said the best she could do is "back by 4:00pm (still not a "DAY") or pay a sur-charge for being late" I had no choice but to take it and rush it back. A "DAY" is 24 hours, not 6, even then you could say work hour day which is "12" hours. either way it was it stressed my day to the max before it even started. I don't know why I am sending this, corp won't care more the rent bigger the profit. Math, renting the same truck 29.99 x 2 is $59.98 plus all the extras to collect on. Many ways this is wrong. ON another note. This truck showed less than 112k miles. the passenger side door wouldn't unlock from outside, the driver seat was broken and wouldn't go forward or back. The back door was very hard to close. And the truck itself was all banged up with dints and marks. Very poor shape for something with only 112kmiles. On top of that I went only 22 mile and had to put 5 gals in to replace what I used. Math 22 divided by 5 is 4.4miles to the gal. OH and if you don't gas it up they not only charge you a very stupidly high rate for gas per gal. but the charge a $30.00 sur-charge on top of it. if is I hadn't gassed up myself $24.95 for them to gas up + $30.00 sur-charge is another $54.95. And I should point out the gas station is less than 300 yards from them. Greed greed greed..

I was in out out at both pickup and drop off I was greeted pleasantly at my pickup and my return will be using this location again in the very near future

I had a terrible experience with your company. I ordered a truck at the Pendleton pike location. I get there wait in line for 40 minutes to be told it wasn’t there. So they found one down the street. So now I’m running an hour behind. The truck was old and it sounded like the transmission was about to go. Not happy with the experience.

The only thing that I didn't care for was there was a large rat bait box in the back of the unit. which they said was in all of them.

I've had a storage unit there for over a year. In the beginning a billing error was never corrected. I tried on several occasions to get the money I was owned. It never happened.

Horrible customer service and never answer the phone or return phone calls. Even with issues with the male employees hanging up on me. District manager didn’t even call back. Avoid this location.

Horrible customer service. They didnt want to help me at all. The lady and the young man were rude and so lazy. I had to walk back and take the green lock off MYSELF. I was charged to much. HORRIBLE
