Ur help, they was acting to the fact I needed a favor, and when I asked a ? It was like I don't care take it or go away. I have a small business and I asked if they could put my business name on the invoice and ur manager that had the sign of Lawrence store said no we can't do that! And again when I return the trailer ur assistant said do I have to r can u unhook it ur self.this was the 2nd time with this guy in two weeks. I'm not trying to make no one lose their job but our customer service has to be to the upmost to keep our customers as well as me as a small business owner I just felt overwhelmed and it was not too a status for of a customer. There was an equipment malfunction. The service rep promptly gave a full refund and a sincere apology for the inconvenience. Sometimes these things happen. Seeing a service rep respond gracefully under bad circumstances is a big deal.

The trailer was dirty and full of blankets and plastic. If I would not checked before I left location, I would have left with all of those items. Plus there was dirt on the floor that I had to sweep out before loading my things. Personnel were friendly and good to work with.

The closest U-Haul to me didn’t have the equipment I needed. Had to go out of my way to pick up the equipment. Will probably use a different company next time

After reserving a car dolly at one location I was referred to a second location (shadeland ave, Indianapolis) for a time (2pm) three hours later than requested (11am) . I called the location and asked if I could bump up my time because it was a local move and had plans in the afternoon. The person who answered the phone said they had no dollies at the time but would call me if one came in early. I received no call and went to the location 30 minutes ahead of the scheduled time (2pm). When I arrived there were two car dollies and I was told already one had been there all day. When I was completing the paperwork (even though i had already filled out all the information online when making the reservation) I asked if I could have the local price and drop it off at the originally location (Carmel, Indiana). The representative (who was wearing a GM shirt) said the only way o could was to pay the one way price. I explained the situation and she said there was nothing she could and said I did not speak to anyone at the location. I showed her my call log on my phone and said I was lying and there was nothing she could do. I understand the price difference, but she could have offered something (drop off on Sunday, etc). I called the 800-go-U-Haul and Michael from there was very helpful and documented this. He explained there was nothing he could do and that t was a local store issue. I work in customer service and I will say that this location 1) doesn’t care about customer service and 2) wont waste a breathe trying to find a amicable solution. Poor service from a company that prides themselves on customer service.

Your auto car carrier was useless for my needs. When I mentioned that I had a car with a low clearance I was told no problem with the trailer. It was a problem, I couldn't load the car on the trailer. A waste of time, gas and money. Your customer service representative need to know the equipment better.

extremely happy with my experience at this u-haul. everyone is extremely nice and well trained. they do a great job of explaining your options and exactly what to expect. everyone was very professional and did their best to make it a good experience.

Only 1 staff member on site when picking up and dropping off. The young lady on site did a great job with the situation she was faced with. Pick up took too long. Drop off took 50 minutes. Recommend replacing management personnel as this understaffing is just plain stupid. Cutomers were backed up 6 deep at drop off. 2nd time I have used this UHaul facility. Never again.......

Have trucks available for those with reservations or stop making reservations and make it first come, first serve. My move was delayed by several hours due to there not being a truck available and when I was able to finally rent a truck it was not the size I needed but was still required to pay full price. This is completely unacceptable. Not to mention, this location is understaffed.

On Sunday, me and other customers there before me had to wait an hour just to pick up our reservations even though we were there at our reservation time. There was only 1 cashier from the time I was there, which was 10am to 11am. This isn't the first time they have been super slow at this location and I will never come back to this location again.

It took way to long, even with express check in. Only one employee with literally 14 people in front of me....had a 10am pick up, I didn't leave until almost 11am

return after hours is totally horrible, the website does not work (U-Haul.com/share). Customer service does not answer the phone (tried about 5 times. Computer key pad at location constantly froze up TERRIBLE!!!!!

The online reservations are a joke. Both my reservations were fucked up two days in a row and they had me driving all around the town to find my shit. Fix the online reservations.

Wasn’t able to actually rent the truck, reserved the truck 2 weeks before the pick up date, moving day comes and my truck is not there, not only is it not there they can give me any truck in any of their Indianapolis locations. Not only that but they then send me a receipt of someone else who used the truck i had ordered. Yea was none too happy about that ordeal

Please stock your locations with the items that you offer online. I.e. appliance dollies. Which show on the sign as available for rental, and online as available for rental, but we’re not provided to the store for me to rent.

I seen the biggest cockroach I've ever seen in my life and I need to got the insurance. I was over charged for 6ft cockroach-infested trailer Plus an extra day on my truck not happy about having to wait 72 hours for my money back
