This facility was not as clean or well-maintained as other U-Haul facilities I have rented from in the past. There was a bad odor, and I would not put anything in it that I was concerned with pick up the odor.Gordon L. | Overall Experience

The truck had a large cardboard piece in the windshield that was difficult to maneuver and had no where to dispose of it. The truck did not have the correct dolly I paid for. I needed a regular dolly and was given a appliance dolly which could not be used. My move took longer due to not have a dolly. Also, I was supposed to be picking up my truck at the downtown location. It was scheduled two weeks in advance. I got an email the day prior that the location was changed so I had to plan a ride to go out of my way to get the truck and lost moving time.Cody H.
Please be more customer oriented. Be more concerned about the customer. Ask them if they have any questions. Ask them if they need any supplies of any kind just in case they didn't request any online while making their reservation.GENITA M.
There seems to be some disconnect between u-haul online and u-haul in store. I reserved an interior u-haul storage with this location and online stated that storage access is until 10 in the evening. I arrived at 6:40 in the evening and was told that I could not move in because they were about to close. I was confused, but the representative explained the situation (this is a u-haul online vs. u-haul in store problem) and I was like ok. I was not upset at the representative but I was upset with U-haul because I was misinformed and extremely inconvenienced because I had traveled one way from out of town and had help at the time. Long story short, I had to cancel the u-haul storage because the next day, another u-haul representative also included the fact that there is NO elevator to move in and the storage is located on the 2nd floor and my help was no longer available. Probably will avoid dealing with u-haul storage in the future. First bad experience with u-haul.Stacy M.

Truck we rented had no gas cap and the check engine light was on from the time we rented it until we returned it. Staff on site that day advised us that truck would operate fine despite these issues, and it did. Truck was very clean.KREGG B.

The only issue I had was that the original pick up location was to have been in muncie indiana. That's where I had it reserved. It was changed to indianapolis. It was to be a 1 way and ended up being a 2 wqy. I had to pay extra mileage that I should not had had to pay.SHERRI B.

When you walk in the store is great. But when you try to call the store it takes for ever to get help from someone, and sometimes not even the people from the store answer, it's customer service. I would prefer to call and make sure they got what I need before I make a trip to the store. Because if they don't I have to go somewhere else and that could be a lot of time wasted.Hugo P.

Upon arriving to pick up the rental, no employees were in sight. I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come out to the desk. I feel the website needed to give more information such as alternate cell number was required, current vehicle assent and mileage could only be checked and questioned online. Even though I returned the vehicle 14 hours ago and had it checked in, I still have not received the billing statement for what I was charged.MARSHA S.
Refund vehicle use and charge for mileage used. When a customer gives vehicles back on time or early those vehicles are available to rent for others and not sitting around, Uhaul should make money but over estimates may cost customers more than they bargained for.DC C.

I paid in all ones and after I counted them all out he goes behind and counts it again then proceeded to count the damn change I literally counted in front in him .45 cents. That was very annoying. i was there when the facility is suppose to open. no one was there. i froze outside waiting. called the central number and they called the manager. the manager said he will leave now and go to work. he arrived and let me in 40mions after they are suppose to open. its an official uhaul facility with the huge sign. its not a gas station nor mom and pops storeAaron S.
