1st truck they gave me I couldn’t drive out parking lot because the catalytic converter was missing!!! Then they assigned me a different truck. Later that day I had it half way loaded and we got a thunderstorm and the box on truck had a huge leak and ruined about 5 boxes. So I took it back the next morning to get a different truck. The guy forgot to collect the keys to the truck I turned in. I did forget they was in my pocket. Yet it’s ur employee’s responsibility to collect truck keys. So after I got back home with 3rd truck I found the old keys in my pocket and was forced to bring those keys back asap! I was not happy at all but didn’t complain till now. I feel i should get a discount ! Ruined boxes I got all pics a videos I sent to ur employees. While it was raining and where the big hole was!! So 3 unnecessary issues that should have never happed and it really did drained and I had enough to deal with as it was…. I will say the guys behind the counter was great! Yet truck issues was not!! With the extra trip back and water issue and keys then damaged boxes and contents of these boxes

I was sent to a location that was far from my home and destination adding unnecessary mileage to my trips. The staff was helpful but not very knowledgeable of process and procedures and I feel I may have been overcharged.

The pickup for this equipment was a major headache! The staff at the desk was ready to clock out and did not even ask to check my information as he was supposed to. Outside hooking up the trailer was a mess with staff arguing with each other over radio. Overall not a good experience and staff was overall not trained well.

I had a very good experience with U-Haul near me, that’s the location on South Blvd. The staff was very prompt and helpful, the vehicle was very clean and drove well. I had to make some last minute changes and The staff was quick to respond and make it happen. I highly recommend the South Blvd location, they are awesome.

Pulled into the designated area for drop off. Jumped in line. A nice human pulled me from the line and directed me on where to park the trailer and within a few mins I had my receipt emailed to me. Flawless, great experience! Highly recommend! Thank you!

Service at my check in could have been much better. She actually almost accused me of using someone else's ID. And when I requested a newer van with apple car play, she told me I would get the next van in line and that was all she would do.

When we originally did the reservation we asked for a furniture dolly and the day of the reservation we were informed after we had been charged there wasn’t a furniture dolly available - which is fine and I was assured that charge would come off. It did not and when I received my final receipt- I was charged a $80 missing for the furniture dolly which is unacceptable.

I don’t know the guys name that put my trailer on and took the trailer off when I returned it, he was great the best. I rent trailers from U-Haul a lot and this was the best service ever. Most U-Haul locations they don’t even help to put trailer on or off. The guy at this location needs a pay raise and U-Haul needs more like him working at all their other locations.

The customer service rep was outside talking to a friend arguing when I was waiting inside for 10 minutes for a costumer service rep to help me. He seemed agitated and wasn’t very friendly when handling my trailer rental.

The company can support the team at this location better. It was extremely busy and only 2 staff members were present. This resulted in me waiting 1 hour to finish my pickup process even after checking in online. Though I requested a flat dolly, they were not reserved and therefore given away before I could get my rental. The team members were friendly and under resourced.

The UHaul app is junk at best! The mobile app is junk and the in store app is worse! Update hour SOFTWARE!!! Its been junk for years! I guess the family just wants to continue robbing the company with no consideration to those that fund it!

Darren was awesome tat check in. I cannot remember the name of the man who assisted me when I returned the van but he was also awesome and very helpful! Overall staff at this location is always great to work with.

The lady who took care of me was unprofessional and had a dumb attitude all over her face. First came in. Instead of taking care of me she walked pass me then came back then decided to take care of me. Instead of doing it quickly she stop to have a million conversations. You can tell then didn’t inspect the truck before I arrived bc soon I started to pull off. A tire pressure light of 52 on passenger came on. While every tire said 70. Then the gas went low soon I started driving it as well. I returned at 240. Not 325. Check the outside cameras. I talked to Janiyah at drop off. With the green shirt on.

Extremely rude staff. BS excuses followed by attitude to upcharge customer not in line with U-Haul public information. Workers wear camera recording glasses to try out you on their social media. Truck smelt like marijuana.

I have never had so many problems ever with a UHAUL storage facility. When Mr. Micheal was there is was very professional. This GM is very unprofessional and some of his team are not professional as well. I will never recommend anyone to go to South Blvd. Location. I am so glad to be out of there. They can say what they want to about me it is perfectly fine but I know I was a woman of my word when I paid my bill and explained every to them when I had a situation. I will never recommend anyone to this UHAUL and where that GM goes do not put your things in any storage he is at. I do not care how long he has been with Uhaul company. This GM does not know how to operate this facility professionally. They do not smile , they hang up the phones, they don't answer, they ask you if you in default around other customers. Smh thank God I'm out!!!!

Staff was friendly and accommodating. No air in indoor facility, water damage in outdoor unit, semi truck blocking way and not moving which was frustrating because we had movers we were paying by the hour.

Closed storage … no compensation …. Reserved at another facility weeks ahead of time and when the day came to move in they claimed they didn’t have space was forced to find storage elsewhere …. Had to rent a truck to move things from storage that closed and had t pay full price even after driving around looking for where to store my belongings since my reservation wasn’t honored … I don’t see myself using Uhaul again

They gave me a raggedy truck…. One of the people on the phone was rude a didn’t know how to communicate. It was kind of hard to get my stuff because a lot of people was trying to move out since we were forced to move due to the city. The same unit I got from U-Haul I went to public storage and it was $100 cheaper inside a building climate controlled.

I was forced to move out because they were removing the building I was using and didn't offer me any alternatives. I was forced to rent a trailer to remove my contense and the sales person assisted me by slouching back in a chair with an attitude showing no respect for the customer. I will not be back!

The automatic lighting came on and off in the storage area, meaning we were packing storage in the dark about half the time. Security was just fine.

We are having to vacate our storage unit because UHaul is shutting it down. Wish we had known earlier than 30 days notice that this was going to happen. We liked the location and it was accessible but that doesn't matter if the unit is no longer available. You can do better than giving someone 30 days to move to another location.

Keith Washington is the Manager for good reason . He is professional, helpful and knowledgeable about the rental trial and storage units .. my truck was ready when I arrived .. the entire staff at this location were kind helpful and hardworking they really were busy and all of the employees seemed to work together to get the customers served . Even waiting in line I was cool with it bcs I could see their hustle to get us moving as quickly as possible ..my experience I must say was perfect from start to finish I dislike moving but this uhaul location made a tough job easier . Thank you Keith and your entire Staff!!

The advertised unit was not available and they charged me the insurance which was promise to be refunded and they never cancelled the rental contract either so my first month was charged as well. This took weeks and weeks to get resolved through 2 National U-Haul numbers. The local store manager never responded to any of my approx 6 emails

I had my unit for about 2 years, maybe longer. The store manager, Keith Washington has always shown top notch professionalism. From the first time I entered the store, his interactions with not only his team but the many customers was seamlessly smooth, relaxed and efficient. He should be commended on running a 5 star operation! Additionally, all communications regarding payments, etc. have always been prompt and the online account system is one of the best platforms I’ve navigated as a customer. I’ll be sure to share my review with all the local social media platforms as well as Yelp and the BBB. Well done and all the best to you and your outstanding team! Worst storage ever! My daughter passed away in North Carolina. I lived out of state. I put her belongings in storage. For close to 10 years I paid on time every month. When I summoned the courage to get her things I came back to the storage. It no longer had a ceiling. Wire mesh covered the top. I had rented a large trailer for all her things. When I went into the storage it had been ransacked. The majority of my daughters belongings were gone. I found items that did not belong to her on top of the few boxes that were hers. . I took the few boxes and went home. All the years of paying on the storage were for not. The precious items I had from her life were gone forever. Not from fire or a flood but from thieves rummaging through what was left of my daughters life! To add insult to injury, a few weeks later I get a call requesting payment on the now empty storage. The entire experience was outrageous!!!!
