Remove Vincent from this location because he runs an awful dirty place with mean staff & disgusting equipment. Surprised we made it alive to our destination 1600 miles away with the truck he gave us

My reservation wasn't honored when I got there to pick up the truck. "Conviently" they could rent me a more expensive truck if I didn't want to ruin my Saturday and wait 4 hours for the truck I reserved. Felt cheated.

The man who checked me back in after having the pickup for about two hours charged me for three gallons of gas when I only traveled twelve miles. No way this is correct. It's easier to pay than argue

The emergency roadside assistance was terrible! The automated service poor The wait time for a representative was long! Then once I spoke to a representative, she tried twice to GPS my location, the link failed twice. I was told that someone would be able to replace the blown tire within 60 mins. We waited 60 mins then called and went through the same grueling process and was told it would take another hour. We waited another 60 mins. After 2hrs waiting on the side of the road with 3 kids my husband our dog in 100• weather we called and again went through the same long process we were told someone was on their way and the reason for the delay was he had to purchase a replacement tire for the trailer . After waiting for over 3 hrs and 30 mins we called again and was told someone would be to us in 15-30 mins they were stuck in traffic! we placed the initial call at 1130 n were taken care of at 330!!! Unacceptable !!! Plus we were charged a late fee for returning the uhaul late!! Very upset !!!

Extremely misleading advertising on the price. Advertised for starting at $19.99. Only drove 20 miles and had it for a couple hours (I can't imagine anyone using it for much less than that) and it cost $65. Not an outrageous price, but the advertising is extremely misleading and makes me much less likely to use U-Haul again in the future.

Hire some more help. The man who helped me was GREAT, but I felt bad for him because he was overwhelmed by running a seemingly "one-man operation". Good thing he was such a good multi-tasker.

U-Haul has a big problem. For one is the reservation process. I requested a trailer a certain location I went to that location there was a trailer but they told me I couldn't have it because it was already reserved. As a result I had to drive 30 miles round trip during rush hour traffic which took three hours out of my day to pick up a trailer which was available but they would not let me have it. I waited 30 minutes with only one person in front of me to get that information from the manager. was available but they would not let me have it. I went to the South Park location and they were definitely more efficient but more crass when dealing with its customers. I have been using U-Haul since I was 16 years old (32 years) it is surprising to know how far you have gone downhill despite advanced technology. My suggestion is have an audit overall with the reasons why things go wrong and go south with your company. Pay your employees more and perhaps you can hire better workers and they may have a better attitudes?... It is evident that your employees do not want to work for U-Haul. How your company remains of business is beyond me but I guess it's because you're the only game in town . Hire different people with good attitudes rather than with bad attitudes may be a solution. The only bright spot during the entire process was the man who was helping me with my trailer in the yard. He was friendly, social, and kind. I wish I could remember his name because he's the only one I've seen in two locations that was worth a damn. Oh yeah the manager on the second day delivering the trailer was good giving me my receipt. Whatever the case is, you guys need a lot of help and fixing your corporate culture.

I was there on Saturday, July 30th at 3pm. I can't recall the name of the sales associate who assisted me but he was an African-American man and his customer service was absolutely excellent!!! I was in line waiting and I could see how he went above and beyond with every customer in front of me, and he did the same with me. I'd be recommending this U-Haul location to my friend just because of this associate. He's definitely a great asset to your company!

Your staff needs much improvement. Just because it was raining he was not helpful at all . He asked me to go inspect the truck and i have rented before to know they will usually walk out with you. He was to afraid of getting wet and was not about to go outside. He was not helpful at all.
