The attendant began my contract at 9:58 AM. I had purposefully waited until 'about 10 AM' to get the truck because I knew I would have a greater than two-hour drive to return the truck the next day. It took until about 10:10 to inspect the truck and finish the contract, and then I needed to move some furniture blankets and a few personal items to the truck before leaving. I asked the attendant if he could change the time for getting the truck to about 10:15 so that I'd have the full 24 hour period, but he said the time was set by the system, and he could not change it. The attendant also said that I was 'asking him to lie' by asking him to change the time. In my opinion, the attendant's attitude was very much slanted toward the company, and very uncaring for me, the customer. I was tempted to cancel the contract right then and go elsewhere, but because of my tight schedule, I signed the contract. I made sure that I returned the truck prior to 9:58 the next morning because I believed that the attendant would charge me for an extra day if I drove up at 9:59 (he said so). The attendant outside that checked in the truck was very cordial, and a pleasure to work with. Dealing with the public is difficult sometimes, I am sure, but I encourage you to have your employees try to be a little more pleasant than the one that did my contract. Thanks.

They always seem to have too much business for the personnel there. They're always having some sort of trouble with their computers. And it generally takes far too long to get in and out of there. Especially since all the check in has been done on line, prior to pickup.

Upon walking into the store area, employee was sitting on top of boxes and did not seem to interested in assisting me. I did have to inquire if he worked here etc. and then he walked to a register or desk area and left me standing at another...I had to ask if he wanted me to come to him or stay where I was...his reply was...I assumed you would come to the end here...why would I do that when...he did not seem to work there as mentioned he was sitting on a stack of boxes when I walked in and never asked if we needed help...I had to ask if he worked for Uhaul it was my assumption that perhaps he did not...It would have been nice and efficient of him to as if we needed help as we walked in...there were no other customers...instead of just sitting on the boxes...this took me back a bit...as we are from the Atlanta area and we have never had this happen...no customer service skills...so sad as we will never use this location as it is close to our business and home. We will travel for the customer service we know from a better uhaul location...upon turning in our van...Norman the checkout guy was awesome to say the least...we should have had him as the initial representative...better customer service skills!

The only thing I ordered a pack of blankets and when I had opened the bag only three were in there. I needed the full six. Some of my furniture didn't have covering and I didn't have anyone to o come back to the uhaul store to get the rest of them. Before I picked up the truck that's something the employee should've checked themselves to make sure I had what I needed. Yes, she didn't charge me for the blankets but it was an inconvenience for me! I believe I should've been compensated for more than the blankets because it was raining as well.

The person the proceeded me had really bad social skills. He talked down to every one including me. My truck broke down because it needed a jump and basically he told he I was respondiable for it. He said he'd take $5 off!!! Biggest insult in the world. I should have went with budget.

Location entrance is terrible and need work on concrete.Always one attendant and wait time is too long.Phone are never answered, Overall customer service is terrible. I may consider Budget or Hertz Truck rental in the future. Terrible service

The service at this location was fine. It appears that utility trailers are a little harder to come by. This location was about 25 miles away from my home with 4 or 5 UHaul location(s), franchise?, in between. For convenience more variety at all locations would be beneficial.

Improve the Attitude of your employee Leon Wright. Very arrogant. Check in and rental pickup took 30 minutes could have been done in 10 to 15 minutes. The agent seemed to be somewhat combative for no apparent reason. ???. II would avoid this location for future rental. The agent outside at return was very polite and efficient. Leon could maybe learn something from him.

I called to extend my rental time, and never got an answer at the location where I picked up my van, upon speaking with customer service, I was told I could only extend for a couple of hours not an extra day because my exact van was reserved for 6pm that day, ( even though the uhaul location had 5 other vans sitting in the lot), I was also not informed by the customer service lady that I would be paying extra for the additional 4 hours. When I returned the van, sure enough there was 5 others sitting there, and no one scheduled to pick up the one i had. I completely wasted my time, money and effort to return it so soon after I was scheduled, I ended up having to make about 12 round trips with my car and my wifes car to make up for returning the van early.
