I reserved a storage unit at this location and when I went to return my equipment and put items in storage i was told they didn't have any units even thought i had a reservation code and it also showed online that their were units available. They send me to another location and after a 1 and 1/2 hour wait in line i was told the same thing. At that point I booked a unit at a Public Storage location.Michael K.

I had signed up for the virtual/phone pick up which wasn't virtual at all because you still have to go inside and sign and take pictures of your ID. The person in the office was nowhere to be found, I asked the mechanic working and the gentleman cleaning the cars and both of them said just to go in the office and wait. I had to wait for 25 minutes for him to come in and assist me with obtaining my truck.MERIDITH G.

There were two young women working the "desk" and they were AMAZING!!! They were technically competent (one helped me hook up the trailer because the guy who was supposed to do it was otherwise busy) and efficient. You need to do everything you can to hold on to those ladies.DOUGLAS N.

was given to me almost completely out of gas. I was advised it I would return it with at least 1/4 tank of gas they would refund me $30 when I turned the truck in. I actually returned it with 3/4 tank of gas and received no refund.. I was actually charged an additional $20 due to me not doing the mobile check in which I was not able to do due to issues with your site and my phone. I don't feel I should have been charged the $20, the turn in issue was not my fault... plus you promised me a $30 refund due to the gas, which I did not receive. Keith was wonderful! I was driving from Charlotte alone & being a female I didn't feel comfortable with an older model truck, he simply swapped it out with no problem. I can't recall the Customer Service Agents name who understood my dilemma regarding swapping trucks & instead of giving me just a few more hours she gave me the day due to previous issues I had moving in STL & the truck stopped! The delightful owner/operator goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. I have used him two times in May and have been to many other locations. Now, this is the only location I want to use. If a vehicle does not show up on the U-Haul search website, I suggest you call this location directly. This has happened two times to me and when I called him directly, he actually has the available equipment on site. I hope the national U-Haul search site will fix this oversight glitch because this fellow is doing a great job.Tracy H.

The people that assisted at the actual location were great, and easy to work. However, your online reservation process is a huge mess. Calling someone not on the reservation to confirm what exactly? Also, at a location with people there to assist, the online process was duplicative and did not seem to speed up the process at all. Frustrating overall. Maybe fine for the three random trucks on the side of the highway, but for a staffed location it did more harm than good.Michael G.

The reservation process was a nightmare and not being able to confirm that the truck will be there until 48 hours or less was unacceptable. The truck also had less of a quarter tank of gas which was a real inconvenience. But the location was fine and the people were fine. For a 15 foot truck cover it sure sucked down the gas. It was almost $700 in gas to get to my location.Martin M.

Worst storage ever! My daughter passed away in North Carolina. I lived out of state. I put her belongings in storage. For close to 10 years I paid on time every month. When I summoned the courage to get her things I came back to the storage. It no longer had a ceiling. Wire mesh covered the top. I had rented a large trailer for all her things. When I went into the storage it had been ransacked. The majority of my daughters belongings were gone. I found items that did not belong to her on top of the few boxes that were hers. . I took the few boxes and went home. All the years of paying on the storage were for not. The precious items I had from her life were gone forever. Not from fire or a flood but from thieves rummaging through what was left of my daughters life! To add insult to injury, a few weeks later I get a call requesting payment on the now empty storage.
