Hire more associates, this location is great and every time I rent equipment, there are 1 to 2 associates and I have to wait an hour before I'm helped.

This was a horrible experience . I will choose budget rental over this place anyway . They scammed me on gas in Georgia and when I dropped it off in Mississippi they were so rude and wouldn't listen that I got fed up and left

KIMBERLY S.Well first, I was supposed to pick up the night before at a different location. The first location had not staged the truck even though it had been reserved days in advance. I called the regional office and they found me a uhaul at the Morrow location the day after I was to pick up my truck. This location had one person at the desk to help people, and there was a line. I called before leaving and was on hold for 45 minutes. This is the time it took me to arrive and stand in line before the check out button showed on the uhaul app. I was unable to purchase a box I wanted to pick up as well because of time constraints. The truck was in good condition and clean though.

Andrea M.My experience with this location was a NIGHTMARE!! I had a reservation set up for 9 in the morning and I got there at 8:50 and they told me my truck was not there. I was told to come back at 12 and another one would be there. I went back at 12:30 and my truck was there but he tried over changing me for the truck. I argued with the gentleman and he began to laugh at me. Come to find out from corporate that the reason why my truck wasn't there to begin with was because someone canceled my reservation at 8:10 that morning when I was supposed to be there at 9. Looks to me like they gave my reserved truck to someone else. I also tried calling the General Manager about the problem and he never called me back. I do not recommend this store. Go there at your own risk. They are very unprofessional, I hope U-Haul corporate does something about this store.

We needed to put some last minute stuff in there that we ended up having to throw away because nothing else could fit in our car safely. We drove 20mins to not find our boxes where the Rep. Herb that rushed us off the phone said they would be. Everything arrived at our new location just fine but having to throw away things we needed to have to replace them is a waste of time and money especially seeing as to how much we spent overall to use this service. Being a human being just goes a long way, especially during moving in general let alone moving across country which is one of the most stressful events of our lives.

I initially had a reservation for the Forest Park Location and received a call the next day saying the truck had been stolen off the lot the previous day. I feel like they probably just overbooked themselves and didn't have enough trucks. This was the first inconvenience. After this I have to drive further to the Morrow location. I received a truck. After transporting furniture on the first trip the car started leaking antifreeze within the cabin!!!! Had to end up parking the truck with delayed my move even more. I had people helping me with my move which inconvenienced me even further. Road side assistance took hours to come pick up the truck. I had to end up renting yet another truck. Management did not seem very concerned. When I asked to speak to the store manager I was told he was assisting other customers. I spoke with the assistant manager who assured me that he would relay the message to the store manager. When I returned the second truck I was told I would not be charged for the initial truck that broke down. I check my credit card statement and charged me for the first and second truck AND overcharged me gas. I know that the gas was at the same point where it was when I got the truck. I really needed more time, but I returned the truck out of pure frustration. I will definitely be using Penske or another service for future services. I need someone from corporate to reach out to me ASAP!!!!

For a day i only use it for like 5 hrs and onky went over like 3 miles over my usage and was charge and only gave back little. The truck wasn't all that great either the steering was bad off it need an alignment ...it was clean just the steering was bad.

When I got there ,there was not a truck. The woman was really helpful in finding me a truck, She even called the other location,and they had the truck ready when I got there. If you make a reservation 4 days in advance, you should be able to pick up a truck, not run all over town trying to find one. I had help lined up, and I had an 10 hour drive,after I got it loaded. I might think twice about renting another truck,when you make a reservation,you think it should be ready when you get there.

I went in a requested a storage room which the next day when I came back to put my stuff in my storage I thought to get a bigger unit which was a extra $72.75 Well I end up having to go back to the original storage because the one they try to transfer me to was the last one up a size but it was already taking just not in the system. So I was told my money will go back to my card which did not happen. My next bill came up which I was already out the unit I didn’t keep it for the next month I already moved. So I called them the day the bill me and advise them hey miscommunication I’m not in that unit anymore and you guys just billed me. They agreed to refund me my fee that was charged which was the 58.00 and I ask them about my $72.75. He told me because it was a credit . When it was a payment off my card they can not refund me back my money which I was told it would be. Then he got out of character with me because of the question I was asking (Jeremiah Scoville) which made me angry because I tried to be as nice as I could but you want to make me the issue because I ask for a manager and ask you to get him on the phone and you tell me that’s not your job! Then proceeded to tell me you don’t have a button that will refund me my money it’s just in the system as a credit and the amount will just stay with uhal and I can use it at all. That’s do not even make Any sense!!! At all. You guys need to do a audit on the money they have brought in at that location as well as have unit occupy but not in your system because I went to a different Uhal and was told that was not correct and to reach out to cooperate. I file a disput with my credit company but I will not ever go back there !

She advised me to call and change the date or go on line. After MANY attempts to call with no answer the location closed. I then changed it on line. When I went in on (7/22) I was informed the unit was rented YESTERDAY!! He said it was because I didn't call (which they don't answer the phone) plus (7/21) was not even over! Justice at the Morrow location was so friendly and helpful and changed my experience from the totally chaos I experienced at a whole other location. She deserves a raise!!!

We spoke in-person on Monday, July 12th about dropping and accessing the boxes. When I arrived to UHaul on Mt. Zion the boxes had not been dropped for access. I was informed by Justice that the boxes wouldn’t be dropped that day. The Caucasian employee stated that Jacob was only an assistant manager and couldn’t schedule for a U-box to be dropped. After two hours of Justice making phone calls, she said that they could be dropped on Sunday, July 18th by 9am. On Sunday, July 18th I arrived at the location at 9:05am to my surprise employees in the back and a line of customers in front. It is 9:23am and the location is closed. Their opening hours on Sunday are 9am. DO NOT use this location.

Once I got the other storage location to check in and get my access card, the unit that was given to me was apparently a “ghost” unit and had a lock on it. So I then had to get another storage unit which was very inconvenient and too timely due to internal systems that were of no fault of the employees working. I encourage uhaul to examine the booking system used so that experiences such as mine do not occur.

Our move from Gainesville was difficult and we had to move around the schedule of events that changed before our Friday. Considering we had some unknowns Dominic was able to take the stress away by giving our contents a place to land until things became clear restarting our move in date.
