The storage boxes were supposed to be for a 1 week rental so why am I being charged for missing item. Then you can’t get in touch with a physical person and you expect someone to sit on hold for over an hour is crazy.

He took his time to explain everything to me. My unit were clean. The location has plenty of carts to make moving things so much easier and quicker! I was able to move a fully loaded 26 foot in 1 hour!
