Everything was good but upon move out, we did notice insects around the storage spaces down the hall from ours. It was some in various areas. Pest control may be needed before there is an infestation! But for this team and this location, we had the best support and access! Thanks for everything!

The storage boxes were supposed to be for a 1 week rental so why am I being charged for missing item. Then you can’t get in touch with a physical person and you expect someone to sit on hold for over an hour is crazy.
