Your website is awful, your app is worse, and your customer service line is useless. You rent trucks you don't have, then promise a $50 guarantee, except you deducted $50 from my account before depositing $50, thus making my guarantee payment $0. I can't dispute that online because there is no option for doing so, and if I call it will be 45 minutes on hold so a CSR can lie to Me. This past rental was a quick move to storage. In the near future I will be moving cross country. I'm already exploring Budget and Penske because I will never, for any reason, under any circumstances, use Uhaul againclaire S.

Approval process took about 12 minutes, which was way too long and very frustrating not knowing whether anyone was working on securing approval or if there was a glitch with the system. That time is not including check-in, locating the vehicle, and getting the keys. Either shorten the process or at least give more insight into what is going on other than a spinning wheel.Karla M.

The staff working this morning was great. Very quick and helpful. A woman helped me and two other customers with service the counter she did a nice job walking me thru the process after I couldn't get my website login to work. A man was also working who assisted a woman behind me while I was being taken care of and he helped me checkout and return the vehicle - really polite and helpful to the both of us. The issue is not the location, the issue is U-Haul in general. Chris the GM is a great, and did everything he could to accommodate for us! However U-Haul has a whole, is a horrible company. Customer service is horrible. I spent numerous hours on the phone with reps who were not able to resolve any issues. I originally booked a 15 ft truck 3 weeks in advanced. For it to be cancelled 3 days before my reservation. The location decided to change my pickup location and put me in a 10 ft truck. Which was WAY too small. We had to come back the same day 2.5 hours later and pickup a second 10 ft truck. Completely ridiculous, I will never book with you guys again, and I will tell all of my friends and associates about this horrible experience. Once again, nothing against Chris because he did everything in his power to help us, but on a cooperate level, U-Haul needs to reevaluate there customer service skills and accommodation skills. Thank you to State Street Uhaul for accommodating me on same-day, short notice. The contact free, app-based vehicle pickup was really neat and allowed me to stay on schedule. The after hours drop-off portion was slightly confusing when I inadvertently missed a number of steps and dropped the key into the night box before completing them (pic of fuel gauge, dashboard, etc) Other than that it was a positive experience that I will do again and recommend to others.Timothy E.

The truck needed to be washed. There was red dirt all over it from where ever it came from. There were also damage inspection stickers in a couple spots. Overall the facility and mechanical condition of the truck were great. I will be using Uhaul again soon.GREGG P.

I didn't receive a refund for the mileage I didn't use and also when I received the keys to the truck there was no gas in the tank the needle was on EVYNESSA D.
The truck needed to get a wash. I was also charged another fee of $56 on top of already paying for mileage, van and for renting for less then a day. My original cost was 49.00 and the next day they took out another 56.00 without explanation. I've had several issues with this location.Liz P.

Clean the trucks. Put the equipment io in the truck. Advise customers the truck bed may have ice due to low temps. Check the tires, so the customer doesn't have to wait for other customers to be serviced before they put air in tires. I had problems scanning the site,..it locked me out of the account..the truck was clean, but when I loaded my load up and attempted to start the truck back up it wouldn't start..I had to call the 100# for assistance, and I had to pay for someone to give me a jump because if was too cold to be sitting and waiting for road side assistance.ANITA L.

The General Manager in this store did a outstanding job supporting all customers on Sat Jan 2. It was a busy day and I waited in line for approx 15-25 mins; however this gentleman kept his customers up to date with his next move; supporting customers outside, filling propane tank, helping two customers at once; going back and fourth from each register. If I had a business in Milwaukee he would have been hired on the spot. Phenomenal work ethics, respectful, hard worker, overall very very impressed. Without his attention to the customers like he did, my overall experience and rating today would have been terrible; but it's his transparency and positive attitude that made my experience different. He made my frustrating day much easier, especially because I'd just loss a beloved several days before. Huge thank you!!!!Nafessa B.
