Is a big store in Memphis but you see no motivation with the customer, i was attended by the manager and now i know why the other employees not are better The guy that helpme with the return was good. I trust in the company because the equipment worst and help the people to save money but need more motivation.

Drop of was awesome. Pick up was just a little longer than expected. Was just one of those things that everyone shows up at once. Some customers just don't have their ducks in a line. Your associates tried to help them but they had many questions and on top of that their money was not right. No fault of your employees.

Fast checkout is a joke. I stood in line for 30 minutes and the people at the summer ave location act like they could care less. I’ve been to this location on a few occasions and every time the service is bad. It took 20 minutes for someone to come and give me the key.

Inside customer service needs improvement. People were waiting on line and only one of three behind the counter were helping customers. The manager seemed not to care. Outside people are great.

Employee's were rude and not very helpful. Had a one way dolly reserved online but none were available that day of pickup for one way even though they had many out front, they said those are for in town only but you can go to another store and get one. Really? So much for scheduling stuff online over a week in advance. I also had a different pickup location but got changed because they didnt have the equipment. The attitude here is down the toilet and customer service is at the sewage pond. If u gotta rent a truck or trailer DONT GO HERE!!

The service was extremely slow. I reserve a truck for 9:15am. I got to the store about 10 mins early and waited in line for over 30 mins before being help. It was only 1 person at the register with a long line. She needed help. However the truck was ready for me check out and leave when I was done at the register.

Well the fact that you have to pay the initial rate for the truck and put back the gas back is fine but paying .99$¢ a mile also is excessive. I ended up paying almost $100 for 24hrs, not to mention I bought it back before my allotted time and we only did 33miles in total. So that was an additional $33.00 and I had to put gas back in it. I just don’t understand why you have to be charged for mileage AND put the gas back in even though you pay for the RENTAL to begin with. ITS FREAKING HIGHWAY ROBBERY, PERIOD.

The location wasn’t the problem. It was uhaul in general. This was the THIRD location we were re-routed to today for our “GUARANTEED” to be reserved at THIS location or you get $50 26’ truck. Did we get a guaranteed reservation? NO!!!!! We went through so much trouble just to rent this truck and were getting texts during my friend’s wedding saying it was changed to another location and woke up to it saying another municipality wayyyyy to our north. The people at summer ave were so much nicer than the 1-800 people I spoke with this morning. The first person I finally talked to after 30 minutes on hold was so short and unhelpful. The person with dispatch was nicer, but they still changed our location another time after she guaranteed it would be there and we could have it til 10 am. We had to return the third truck y’all held for us by 5:45 pm, just giving us 4 hours to complete the move. I missed my friend’s wedding reception and by the time I arrived, everyone was leaving. I’m so disappointed in uhaul and will pay extra for better service elsewhere. The truck had dents like it had been sideswiped a few times. Otherwise it was fine. The dolly zip tie also snapped. And the dolly fell loose. I’m glad it didn’t damage our furniture. We didn’t reserve a dolly. We brought our own Dollys.

Mr. Derek was very kind, helpful, and made the experience as good as it possibly could be. However. the register attendant was extremely rude and her assistant made things as difficult as possible.

I know the extra deposit is for Uhaul's protection, but it is a bit scary to see a "bill" for nearly $300 that won't be refunded for 3-5 business days when your intent is to rent a van or truck for $19.99.

Only hassle, frustration, dishonesty. Some problems included: promised 8x10 but given two 4x10s instead (very distant from access and Upstairs!); website showed $0 due until late fee applied; & MORE!!

The lady who rented me the storage unit (did not get her name) made sure we got a ground floor climate controlled storage unit. What a blessing, did not have to carry truck load up the steps!

Excellent truck and tow dolly. The tire strap came loose from the drivers tire while in transit. I checked the tightness of the straps each time I stopped. If I had to do over I would rent the hauler.

Due to moving issues, Uhaul regional office gave me 4 extra days free & to pay 2 extra days if truck returned on 5/28. A cashier at this location Destiny charged me 3 extra days and was rude about it.

The staff is a little rough. I suggest Customer Service training: greeting customers when they walk in, apologizing for a wait >10 minutes, and thanking customers for their business. That would help.
