erma o | Overall ExperienceI was informed that The Summer St storage facility had 10x20 units available, upon arrival there wasn’t any available, @ which time I decided on a free smaller unit I fell and injured myself, and later informed that I couldn’t make a report and offered to settle my claim by.removing my belongings from storage unit within 24 hours very mean and unprofessional staff hopefully I will never encounter U-haul again or recommend very disappointed about my entire moving experience, thank God it’s over however, my arm is still in much pain. Thanks for your efforts, however I was not impressed at the same time. Is there anyone who could reach out to me in reference to my injured elbow from mine avoidable accident at the summer facility for which I was offered no condolence
