No one called me by 6pm the day before to confirm my rental. I had to initiate the call and was able to get confirmation and also they confirmed I could pick up truck prior to store opening. I arrived the next day early (before store opened) but the 'remote' process did not work. Even though there were employees on site, I was told they couldn't help me so I was on the phone for 45 minutes trying to get the remove code for the box with the key. VERY FRUSTRATING

My trailer was not available for pick up at the scheduled time. The staff found One at an alternate Location. I was terribly inconvenienced but the staff were great in helping me. Only thing, why did they wait until I was there at 6:30 pm before trying to contact the person who had the trailer? Should have been proactive.

Your General Manager was one of the rudest, most abrupt sales personnel I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with in a retail or service capacity. The gentleman who checked in the vehicle was nice. I also checked 24-hour rental when I made the 10 a.m. reservation for yesterday, yet I was forced to bring it back by 8 a.m. this morning. I will never use this location again!

Employees don't wear masks. Employees have attitude. Customer service was not helpful in any way... I had to go to 3 different locations before I could actually get what I needed. I do not recommend Uhaul.

Don't let a customer extend a reservation when another reservation immediately follows them returning it. It makes no sense to do that, and then not let you know the truck is not available before making the drive to pick it up. This has made it very clear this company is poorly ran and is unable to provide guaranteed reservations. Proceed with caution because your "moving day" may fall through because this place is ill equipped to handle would I would think to be a common occurrence. I am done with U-Haul.

Gas lid meant check engine light was on the whole trip. How can you not have a replacement gas camp at a large U-Haul rental center? Confirmed with the location via phone that was the issue, but if you can't replace a gas cap are you maintaining the vehicles properly?

The place we were supposed to take it to on Country Park.. awful.. We called to see what time they opened. 9:30. Took truck there at 10. Closed. No note on door. Called 800 number and they said they would call someone to come up. 20 or 30 mins later we called back. They called for someone to come up. Told them there were other waiting too. No one ever showed up to check the truck in. We found the one on summer and took it there

I called the morning of return to ask if I could bring the truck back at 3 pm and they said that was fine. Because of this, I was charged an additional $43!!! Had I known that, I would have made arrangements to bring it in at 9. This was really frustrating since I had called to find out! I was told “yeah you can bring it back at 3!” No mention of being charged more! The checkout girl said,” well it was in your contract!” , Very rudely .

HI, I recently rented a 26 truck. It was reserved for 10:30am October 16, 2020. I went to the summer location for pick up and the system was very slow. Turns out it was nationwide and all together the system shut down. After almost an hour of waiting at that location, I finally asked the girl at the desk if they would call me when the system is up and running again, she replied yes she would. So a few hours went by and I haven't heard anything. I decided to call them instead. A female answered the phone and I asked if the system was back up. She said yes, but it's slow. I asked if I could come get my truck that I had reserved and she nonchalantly replied yeah! So I drive back down to the store and it was a long line and I waited again. So after a while the girl I originally talked to had me to go online to uhaul.com/share and fill out information, go outside to find the truck and then continue to wait for a response. My pick up time now was for 2:45pm which I still didnt get the truck til after 3pm and they tell me to have it back by 830pm WHICH WAS NOT GONNA HAPPEN!!! I told her we were already pressed for time at this point because my husband had to work. Now it is October 17th and I get an early morning phone call asking when I was bringing the truck back and I told that same girl that idk because my husband is still at work and I have to get the rest of the stuff off. I cant do it by myself!! She responds by telling me that somebody has the truck reserved for 830am and I need to have it back. I told her that it's no way possible to have the truck back by that time and if the system wasnt down, the truck would've been back and it should've been a backup plan so it not my fault. She said I could've turned it in overnight. Anywho, I have had SO MANY ISSUES with this SAME LOCATION everytime I have to rent from them. They charge me for extra days when they only give u 5-6 hours to use the truck. THAT IS NOT EVEN A DAY!!! I will NEVER rent from them again. HOME DEPOT is way better. That summer location needs to have a meeting about customer service and they definitely need to work on their attitudes because they are very unprofessional and that's bad business!!! And to top it all off, they charged me for using furniture pads that we didnt even use. Broken glass was all in the back of the truck as well. They do not check rental equipment when customers return them!!! Shady people. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!
