The place was very busy while I was there but the staff was able to efficiently work through the o flux of customers. It seems like the computer system needs help because it was slow and the employee said that was normal.

Both the manager and agent were rude, inattentive and, especially the agent (Tierney Thornton) was obnoxious and could have cared less about the "customer experience." Serious re-training is called for. She kept saying "it's my job" when she continued to ask ridiculous and probing questions.

Bad customer service, they were supposed to open at 9:00 they did not open before 9:05. Not pleasant and not apologizing for the fact that I was told to pick up the truck at 8 am. Will not use this location again.

I reserved a Uhaul online well in advance I think three weeks early. On the day before pick up I was called and informed the pick up location I selected does not carry a 26 inch truck and that I would have to pick up at another location. However the location I was given was not convient for me and was much further from my house which cost me to drive more miles and pay more considering that Uhaul charge u per mile. Seems like they should have knocked off the difference in mileage but they didn’t. However in the end I just had to go ahead and get the Uhaul because I was pretty much all out of options but Uhaul didn’t at all seem concerned.

Everyone was very helpful and nice. There was some confusion regarding my equipment and the pickup location moved from where it was scheduled to be picked up from so I canceled the reservation and made a new one for another size truck. When I arrived to pick up the new reservation I was told that my original reservation has not been canceled.

The customer service representative, Tierney Thornton, was extremely rude. She verbally told me the total was $819.17, however, the card reader said $919.17. When I questioned the discrepancy, she shot back, "Do you want this key or not?" Further, the store opened at 7:00 am. She was put out that I was there at 7:00 am sharp and told me while my pick up time was 7:15 am, they didn't start moving trucks out until after that. She shouldn't be working with the public with an attitude like that.

The pickup process was dreadful. There was a line at 11:00 on Sunday morning with only one cashier (new) working. Took 20 mins just for my turn to come up. I made a reservation on the App but had to give all my information again. As if that wasn’t enough, after several trips outside to assist the hookup attendant (who was GREAT), I was told I had to provide a phone number if someone who would answer the phone and say they know me. WTH??? I’m finally all hooked up and ready to roll after 45 mins and now I’m told about this requirement. It was not on the App or disclosed when reserving the trailer. None of my family members answered there phones as they were in church. After MUCH frustration and horrible attitudes from the now two attendants working the desk, I finally called my office line which went to voice mail (Sunday Morning), but at least they could hear the business name on the recording. FInally I could leave this nightmare I was living but not before having to correct the charges. They were trying to charge me an extra day because I was picking up the unit 30 mins prior to my reserved time. After I caught this latest faux pau, the attendants adjusted my return time to remove the third day. In the end, I returned the trailer a full 18 hours early. Honestly, I’ve never experienced anything like this with my previous rentals. I will never use this location again.

You could fix the parking area due to the fact that because of a hole that was filled with water and I didn't realize it was a hole, my front tires rolled into it and since my car is low to the ground it busted my bumper to the point that it was dragging the ground and I have to completely replace it. The people were great, but the parking area by the doors has a bad parking slot. I didn't realize that my bumper got broke until after I left the property.

let customer know the 150 deposit for a truck is not given back when you return the truck you have to wait 3-5 Business days instead of it only charging you for truck size and mileage . YOU HAVE TO WAIT A WHOLE 3-5 DAYS TO GET YOUR $150 DEPOSIT BACK EVEN THOUGH YOU RETURNED TRUCK IN GREAT CONDITION. I HAVE BEEN TO OTHER UHAUL LOCATIONS AND THEY REALEASED MY FUNDS ASAP ONCE TRUCK WAS BACK. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE “SHERRY” KEPT SAYING HOW SHE WANTED TO LEAVE AND SHE DIDNT WANT TO BE THERE ALSO SHE DIDNT TELL ME ABOUT THE $150 IN THE MIDST OF COMPLAINING . WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERRRRRR

way too much red tape. I filled out all the information on line and then had to do it again standing in front of the customer service rep. took 20 minutes to get a 5x8 trailler. I can get a $60,000 rental car for a lot less hassle than it took to get the trailer....and having them call me and another phone number before the transaction was complete..give me a break....
