The dolly was in my way didn't need then on rough road the green tie broke I purposely left dolly at move to have more room get later Also cleaned up real good brought broom and dust pan and still charged 25 dollars for cleaning they didn't clean anything because it was just cleaned unless they meant outside I actually took spray cleaner on whole inside That was only thing bad but I knew they would do it so took pictures before returning it for proof only 25 dollars but if gonna get charged anyway wouldn't have cleaned at allAdam R.

I reserved a vehicle; when i picked up the vehicle the tire pressure monitoring light was illuminated and the dash had a â€œservice TPMSâ€ warning. I spoke with the manager and he REFUSED to service the vehicle or switch vehicles. I had first spoken to an employee in the lot who then brought me inside to speak with the manager; when he explained the situation to the manager and asked to switch vehicles for me the manager said â€œno I don't want to.â€ I then spoke to the manager, and even though I was being given faulty equipment he said â€œthen don't take the truck. Stress less man!â€ ENTIRELY unprofessional, not helpful whatsoever, and DANGEROUS!!! I had no way to monitor my tires during the trip should anything gone wrong. Investigate this location's maintenance and customer service practices - they are well below acceptable.TYLER LOUIS F.

Im curious why i picked up a rental for 1 day which was 430pm to 830pm and i needed a extra hour and the young lady tried to charge me $36.00 if the truck was only 19.99 a day and i didn't even have it for 6 hoursMichelle W.

After locking me out to be notified, I wAs notified and than was told lock would be removed. 1 week later still locked. I cleaned the truck at a car wash. The interior was fine but dirty outside. Truck ran great whole trip. They didn't explain the $.29 charge per mile after the 700 miles however. Over all a good experience at about half the quote from Enterprise with towing.JOHN WILLIAM W.

Just keep up the great work. The staff that I encountered today were very patient and extremely helpful. The vehicle was clean and the only concern that I had was we found that the brakes needed work, the peddle went almost to the floor and that only indicates that new brakes were definitely in order. However, GOD IS GOOD and we had no accidents and all worked out well. Please be sure to keep your vehicles in good maintenance along with being clean. Thanks so much!CLAIRE J G.

When we asked for the truck the asked us how long we needed it and we told him we was not sure and he said ok about 2:30 and at about 2:20 we get from the girl there asking if we was bringing it back and when we said no not until the morning. The girl then tried to tell me the they was going to charge for another day. We only had it 6 hours and paid for 24 hours.Christina M.

The third time, everything went well, that's because I did it through the 800 number. These people need to realize when people are moving, there's No room for error or laziness. The store in Boulder hwy las Vegas,,, I made a reservation 8 /25 like 11 am I was busy and I got there like 12:20 ,, but the line I was very slow ,,when it was my turn ,, the manager first word the truck supposed I got never returned like the customer said ,, and beside she told me you coming 1 pm o'clock I told her your reservation it was 11 am I told her it's was a personal problem that why I don't have your truck she was confused because she told me first the customer never returned the truck supposed said and after that she told me your coming late like 1:04 pm it's wasn't true because I was there 12 : 20 any way at least you have to save my reservation or call me it's going to be extra charge because I came late ,, she called another place like 5 or 6 miles from there but remember your charge for every mile driving, if you don't believe me check your cameras ,, ,, that why I'm very mad because it was a line to help the customer,, she was talked with another customer Laughlin and relax ,, to one of the customer when to the office and talk to her , she coming to pick up the keys only omg if you wear my shoes you gonna be very upset , and the worst was the 2 version she said in my face I can't believe it have a great dayMiguel G.

I rent every month for my business. Every time I rent, I get such great services. As an older customer, dealing with competent staff is important to the type of service I expect from a rental company From the customer tech at the check out desk to the manager who helps you in the lot and to the last porter that checks you in, my experience is always wonderful. Living in a harsh climate like Vegas is hard but working in Vegas is heroic. These people really show you they like their jobs. Moving can be the most difficult time for a family or business. They make you forget all about spending 6 straight hours in a car with people you love but are slowly growing to dislike. Well until next month, thanks Uhaul :)henrien M.

I ordered and paid-for a furniture dolly, which was not in the back of the truck when I got to my location where I needed it. This caused tremendous problems and a harder move for us. Also, the truck only had 1/8 of a tank of gas when we pulled out of the Uhaul lot, which made it a pain because we had to stop and put gas immediately, making us late. And to top it off instead of charging $20 for the day, I was charged $208. I am receiving a refund for this â€œaccidentalâ€ charge (plus a refund for the dolly) but it's taking 7-10 business days for my bank to process this and I really couldn't afford to be out this money for this long. During my move the bus routes to a gig through a temp agemcy were ureliable, was locked out by the janitor for god knows why, of my peraonal unit. Somehow me listenung to music in my room on headphones for an hour interfered with her ability to sweep and mop, and its a little suspicious that she kept teying to open it as well.
