The trailer had a large dent in the left fender. When the condition text was sent it did not show the dent. The uhaul associate said it was my responsibility to dispute the condition, not that of uhaul to get it right to begin with. I worry that had I not noticed the prior damage then uhaul would have wanted me to pay for it. It probably wasn't, but it felt sort of like a trap. I had the truck a total of 67 hours and your company shows I drove it over a thousand miles. For me to do that I would have to average over 150 miles per hour without stopping. There needs to be more than one person working the counter at 8 a.m. on a Friday. Customers standing 3 deep because each transaction is not quick. Also, over the phone when I made my reservation, I was misquoted the price for the mileage I said I was going. When I arrived, I checked in and got my keys from the clerk. I was instructed that the uhaul was on the other side of the building. I had to walk to a completely different parking lot on the other side of the building to get it along with carrying the pads and dolly that I rented. I feel the uhaul should have been ready and pulled up closer to the building. The truck itself was dirty with some trash on the ground and dog hair in the seats. The truck ran fine, but along my route I ran into rain and the windshield wipers were horrible. I could barely see. Just my 2 cents. Hope I can help out the next renter because I was not too thrilled about my service especially for the amount I paid.STEPHANIE G.

Customer service was not what I usually get a Uhaul. Normally the vehicle is pulled up front ready to go. The attendant gave me the keys and said you can find in on our back lot behind the gas station and walked away. I had to ask another employees to please go get the vehicle.Scott M.
A couple of things: 1) the truck, trailer, and associated equipment were not ready for me when I arrived, 2) because of the frantic efforts to assemble all the equipment, I was shorted furniture pads, and one utility dolly, and I was way behind schedule as a result. When a truck and trailer are ordered for a certain scheduled time, it should be made ready for when that customer arrives so that they may go quickly. We pay a lot of money for these. The least that the reps can do is to have the equipment ready.Jeffrey M.

We were told that we would be able to drop the truck off in Navasota (77868). The guy who checked us out was very friendly. He wrote down a number for us to call after we moved and said they'd be able to tell us which of three Navasota locations to drop the truck off. After a long hot day or loading the truck, I was ready to turn on the AC and listen to the Aggie football game for. 30 minutes while we drove to Navasota. The radio worked fine, but the AC would only blow hot air. Finally, about a mile from my destination, the compressor randomly kicked in and it started cooling. We unloaded and called the phone number the guy in college station had goven us. It was a phone number for direct tv! We called it repeatedly, checked the number he had written down. It was direct Tv. So we looked up another number for u-haul and called. We stayed on hold for about 20 minutes. Then a person who was very nice and friendly came on. But she told us none of the Navasota locations were accepting vehicles, so we would have to drove the truck back to College Station....after our long, hot, sore day of moving out of the only house I've ever owned (since 1994) and with boxes upon boxes still to unload, our bed to assemble, etc. We had to stop and drive back to the city we moved from to drop off the vehicle. The employees were great; the system was not. And the truck was hot with the ac on the fritz.MARK ALAN T.

The most confusing experience with this facility ever. First they call and tell me the unit has been emptied and I hadn’t emptied it and they said rent was overdue but they have my card on file. They had the wrong unit in my name. I went to get my things out and again they had a lock on it for non payment ( remember they have my card on file). They had the lock again on the wrong unit. My experience with this provider was a good one, until I had to move out during the pandemic: for two days in a row, I was forced to have to be inside their store/customer service room and in their elevator with 3 of their employees who were not wearing face masks during the Texas Governor’s mask order for public places. I waited almost an hour in line to try and get a storage unit I had reserved to find out they were not accepting card payments, so I had to pay and process it online.
