Do not take photos of customer's driver license. Take photo of customer and record the DL number, DOB, etc., but when you take a photo of the front and back of our DL, that opens us up to identity theft - those photos are on the clerk's cell phone now, and I have no control over where they go from there.HENDLEY S.

I had 3 u-boxes. One was bracketed shut with square headed screws. I asked the 4 grown men working there and they didn’t know what I was talking about and didn’t care. My tools were in the box. Luckily I had a tiny bit set and pliers. The 2nd box had an alphabetical padlock. Talked to a dozen people easily. Nobody knew anything. The 3rd box was bolted shut. I just did it myself. I complained but all employees and the manager Justin Grimes blew me off completely. I have some video and pictures. Nobody did they’re job and they cursed profusely. The storage access codes were malfunctioning at the time of move-in. It took a RIDICULOUS amount of time with little resolution. I was paying two moving helpers while we waited almost 30 minutes to gain access to my unit. I was given a temporary code and was told to call at a later date to obtain a working code unique to me. The trailer that I was guaranteed when making the reservation was not on site and Had not be returned yet. Manager Justin Grimes did make several attempts to contact renter about trailer but was unable to resolve the issue. He did offer me a much smaller trailer at a discount, that meant I had to make multiple trips instead of one. There was a $50 guarantee when I booked the trailer, I did not receive $50 yet. The automated mobile phone check-in was too slow. Plus the system could not verify my identity based on my TX DL and photo submission and asked for my passport photo. I went inside for help, but the general manager, Justin Grimes, was a super asshole to me, implying that I did something wrong causing the automated system to not work. He also assumed that the system asked for my passport because I did not have a TX DL. He was seemingly surprised by the fact that I possessed a valid TX DL. At this point he rudely directed me to another associate who was extremely helpful. I also faced issues upon return of the vehicle, because a tire pressure warning did not allow me to take the mileage and fuel tank status picture together, preventing me from completing the mobile return. Get rid of Brea. She was rude, pushy, and lied to me 4+ times. I was hung up on and blame for trailer shortages. Brea threated to upcharge me and I refused. She then hung up on me. I called back and talked to another man, who was pleasant and was able to solve any issues quickly. Brea was loud to me when I dropped the trailer off. Thoroughly check the equipment that people are renting. We had 2 different size tires on ours and one tire ended up getting flat and we discovered a hole in tire. Had to put air in it and make it back to pickup place where roadside assistance had to put a new tire on.TRACI W.

We had a mess at this location! Our info was wrong even though our confirmation was correct! The customer service had no idea how to help us!! And 3 hours later, we left the parking lot of a 24:7 pick up without a truck!! Had to send all of our help home! Then the next day my husband and I had to load the truck all by ourselves with our 1 year old at home! Now, the front desk people did handle oir situation! And offered many things to make the situation better! So I applaud that!! But we shouldn't have been in the situation in the first place!SHELBY LYNN D.

Like the partial self check in. I tried to get a cargo van, just needed to move some stuff in-town and I don't have a truck. I wish y'all had more trucks and cargo vans available. I had to rent a small 10 foot box truck to move about 4 rented tables. No complaints, the box truck was the same base price and only 10 cents more per mile, but the cargo van would have worked great.Gil H.

2 people waited on me. They were amazing HOWEVER the young boy waited on me first and helped me make a reservation. A manager (JG) belittled and humiliated the young boy in front of customers because the computer froze up. It was horrible! When the boy said something to JG he berated him. I felt sorry for the boy and it was very unprofessional. I left. The second guy that was helping me pick up the trailer the same computer froze on him also. It was not the young boys fault. NO ONE SHOULD BE TREATED THAT WAY. JG is not manager material. If he treated the boy that way in front of people just think how he is treated when no customers are there. I will Not go back there and I use that location a lot in the past 4 years. At least 2 times a year. Also in the past if I needed to bring the trailer back like an hour or 40 minutes past my time they always worked with me. This jerk charged me a second day. He is the face and uHAUL and he made uHAUL look badâ€¼ï¸.JANET S.
