Clean the windows INSIDE and out. Check oil level. I had to stop 3 times to add oil.

MARK MAll the Team Members was Top Tier customer service. Everyone said welcome to uhaul when you walk in the door. If there was a wait they said we will be right with you. No attitudes. Such great service is not the norm these days.
DEE-SHAWN DYou need to add some type of caution pole to the end of the cement curb that divides the property. It is very difficult to see and when I drove into the parking lot it nearly took my drivers side front tire out.
WHITFIELD WQuick check-in process. Quick checkout process. All staff communicated very well. The woman helping me check in was very thorough and professional. This is one of the few good experiences I’ve had renting from a Uhaul. I would highly recommend this location to my friends.

ROBERT GThere was a vast difference between the estimated bill for a truck rental and the final bill when the truck was returned. We were charged a refueling charge of $75.52. We only went 11 miles! We used less than 3/16 of a tank of fuel! I sent an email to your customer service twice but haven't gotten a response. This is outrageous.

MICHAEL HThey billed me for gas despite having returned back with the amount of gas it had when I took it. In addition, general manager gave me attitude because I didn’t want to use the app to upload my DL. I was not giving you site permission to use my camera to do so.

ROBERT GI am still waiting for someone to call me back and deal with the issue of the incorrect mileage and fuel charge. On top of everything, the employee that incorrectly checked my truck in took home the key to the truck so we were immediately unable to validate this proof. I hope I do not have to deny this charge through my credit card but I will be forced to if someone cannot fix this error.

Barry TI rent a utility trailer every month, sometimes several times a month. I get excellent help from the local Staff, especially Jack, who is always professional, courteous, helpful and supportive of our rental.
JAMES BTrain your employees to provide better customer service interaction was unpleasant. The first rep could not explain the bill when I inquired with basic questions. She pounded off the call on another employee who was defensive. you did make good marks like if you guys didn’t check the truck that’s your fault. One question about how they calculated the gas and how many gallons were in the truck. I did advise the employee that you didn’t get to take in consideration that what I asked for basic questions and he should not be offended because it wasn’t an attack. It’s an inquiry that any customer would have. It’s a breakdown that’s on the bill. He should one have access to it and be able to provide a breakdown and his response was we all have bad days.
ESDRAS BThe staff was very helpful and friendly. The steering on the vehicle was incredibly loose though, much like aiming a '72 Chrysler LeBaron. I would highly recommend the linkages be checked, as this made steering feel unsafe. I have rented many U-Haul trucks over the years and have never encountered this.

PEDRO CI reserved a 10’ truck weeks in advance and when I arrived I was told there were none available, so I received a 15’ truck. Also the airbag light was on in the truck. I was told to just make a note of it. I was also charged for extra miles.

Michelle I | Overall ExperienceI went in the store on October 18 to cancel my storage. I gave my storage number B127. The guy wrote it down and said ok you’re good. I said I don’t need to sign anything, he said nope. And on October 28, I got charged $128. When I called in I was told by the woman on the phone she would talk to the manager about my refund. She said ma’am we are busy. That’s no excuse for not doing something properly. I’m expected to follow the rules. But it seems as though that’s not the case for employees. I understand this is a trying time. I myself lost my house in hurricane Helena. So paying extra money for something I was done with, really wasn’t in the budget. I was told to call back to make sure the refund got put through. Not good customer service.

There was a man "camped" out front seemingly watching a sports event with lots of belongings stacked around him. It made me worry a little that he might sneak in behind me or tap into my car if I left it unattended. There weren't any issues, ultimately, yet this left me with an uneasy feeling throughout my departure. I was also in need of using the restroom, but I didn't know how to access it when it was outside of office hours. Thanks for all the assistance! The gentleman who checked me, and was very very helpful and kind.

There was also no light in my large corner unit, making it difficult to go through. However, my belongings were safely kept and it was easy enough to access the building once my passcode was fixed. Linda C | Overall ExperienceGrant is awesome! Seriously, give that guy a raise! The only negative I can really say is that the manager desperately needs to work on his customer engagement skills. I saw him three different times, and each time, he was closing the office early or generally walking around with an unapproachable scowl on his face. I did not want to work with him and was very surprised when he begrudgingly helped me at the last moment on move-out day (actually, Grant helped me, but the manager LET him help me before locking up). If he can rediscover a way within himself to find some light in his job, I think this really could have been a 4-star review. Otherwise, renting trucks and working with the staff on pickups and returns was super smooth, everyone's pretty nice here. Storage areas/unit left a bit to be desired but they came in super clutch when I needed storage STAT so ultimately I am very appreciative of this location. I feel very comfortable recommending it to others. Thanks for everything!

The trucks made it not only impossible to park but they were so close to the sidewalk, door, and building, you couldn’t get anything out. Office was often closed when I wanted to ask someone to move a truck. My last day I was able to get someone to move a uhaul so I could just clean out my unit and take my business elsewhere!

Larry R | Overall ExperienceThe facility after emailing me the code to get in, and my code didn't work when I got there, told me it was because they had to input the code first. so I had to keep the vehicle for an extra day and leave it at my son's house overnight. also, when he took me to the unit, it was not painted inside, it was very dirty and there was a rat box on the floor, so I canceled my order immediately for the storage unit. the only part that was okay in the whole experience was the guy who checked in my 4 by 8 enclosed trailer when I checked out, the rest was not. There are homeless people living around the building, so it doesn't even feel safe to be there.

Reasons for being reluctant to recommend to others all center around how both myself and a friend-of-a-friend former customer of this same facility have each independently experienced billing issues when adding and removing units to accounts. If billing issues were resolved, or if it took fewer redirections across U-Haul's phone support lines to resolve such issues, I'd find it easier to recommend to others.

The employee gave me general info on the facility but did not ensure the unit was ready for me to move in. I had to hurry back down right before the office closed to have them provide the lock and cut the tag for me to get into the unit. Also, I wasn’t given an access card to get in and out. Overall, a waste of 30 mins.

If you are looking for good customer service, a company employees don’t look here. Unfortunately all that will happen is you will look at this comment and pass it off as someone who doesn’t matter, but I’m telling you this and I really want you to pay close attention Mike Wise…. Get enough of us customers that you think don’t matter and it will add up. I hope you really think about how you treat customers Ron Frank and Joe Shoen had it right every customer counts that’s what build and keeps Uhaul going.
