I had to wait 1 hour and 15 mins to get my car trailer. I had pre-ordered and paid and arrived 10 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time only to wait in line making me late for all my appointments that day. The gentleman working was very good but one employee was not fair to him nor your waiting customers.

Completely disappointed post return of the vehicle. I received my electronic email verifying that I went a total of 11 miles and was charged $17 for gas. This was after I put more than a gallon back in the tank. I called and was told that there was nothing to be done as when it was checked back in they felt it was below the 5/8 it went out at. I asked for a supervisor and was told they were unavailable as they were assisting another customer and then had to make phone calls. I went back to the location and spoke with a gentleman I can't remember his name and a women named Heather, they told me the same thing and that the computer decides the charge, could not tell me how the $17 is determined. They also told me that the supervisor wasn't even in the office that day and they do not know who would of told me that. At the end of the conversation I was given the supervisors number and fell that I was discarded and the U-Haul cared more about getting the $17 then the customer.

It’s important to recognize Grant. This guy worked his tail off. He was alone and did his very best. I was 10 deep in line at 8:45am, I had a reservation for 9am. I got the truck 1 hour later. Maybe someone called off? The GM should have been on site to support his team. Negative experience made better by Grant.

My dissatisfaction is only because I had specifically reserved a furniture dolly, but the location didn't have one for me. I was told by the girl that they give those out on a first come basis, but what's the point of making a reservation then?

The first uhaul location I was directed to by uhaul said they were full and couldn’t take the trailer. Sorry. 1833 49TH ST S GULFPORT, FL 33707 The second place only took driving uhauls back. So, that was inconvenient

The location employes very efficient and nice . But cust serv told me 10 ft truck and sent 15 ft on reservation. But I managed. Will tell all to buy supplies at Uhaul. Great prices after already spent more some where else

Your overall corporate office for phone calls making reservations is a night mare. I was given the wrong address 2 x by your employees and very rude. People do not listen and too fast to sell without listening. Drove around for over an hour looking for locations with wrong addresses given by your staff. The overall experience was -10. Once I arrived to the the U Haul location the service was excellent. Even the employees at U haul location commented on how bad the phone reservations are.



Do not charge for insurance unless the customer is given clear information of what is going to be charged and is given clear information that insurance can be opted out.

The enclosed 5 x 8 trailer had several problems and maintenance items that needed to be corrected before it was ready. I waited over an hour for it to be done even though I had reserved the trailer on-line and it took over 2 hours to arrive at Tropicana field. They asked me if I had the right size ball. I thought it required a 2" ball and said yes I had it. They said the smaller one that was on the hitch was fine and hooked it up. We assumed they knew what they were doing and we loaded our sofa and took off from Florida to Alabama. We arrived at our destination on Friday and found that the trailer had bumped into our newly painted bumper and knocked a small dent/chip in the bumper. I looked through the paperwork they gave me and they had not given me an actual contract. The weather was bad and it had started to snow so we wanted to return the trailer and report the damage to our vehicle where it had bumped the newly painted bumper. I called the toll free number to find out where to return the trailer (there was no address or phone # to go to or call) Although I had 2 more days, I just wanted to return the trailer . I was told by the person to go on-line and I could get the contract that way. (I had no access to an internet ). Therefor I never had a copy of my contract. The entire rental/service/and paperwork experience was the worst I have ever experienced.

Renting online isn't really convient. The site wouldn't let me return. If it wasn't nessary and after hours I wouldn't use it.



My reservation was done online at a different location. On the day of my pick up I needed to call as I had car trouble and would be late. The web site listed the location as closed. When I called, the location was open for 1.5 hours, so I had to cancel my reservation at that location. Luckily I found a location that was open all day and could accommodate me. Update your site with correct hours.
