One of the employees wanted to argue about the election. I did not have anything on or say anything about the election. He chose to say “Trump is loosing. Biden has over 200 electoral votes already”. I said the polls have not even closed yet. He just grinned. I did not argue. I just got my equipment and left. The man that waited on me was ok. It was the commits from the other man that were very unprofessional. So screw yall!

I had a horrible experience with your truck The check engine kept goimg on and off every time i had to stop and check i was realy nervous Midway the tire blow up lucky none got hurt and killed I had to wait over an hour for the tire to be changed Plus i had to rearange the mover and that cost me money they gave me a 39 dollars discount for what i went through and i spent more then 1300.00 dollars Not right Definitely the truck that i was given was not checked good thing i checked the other side of the tires there is a piece of metal hanging it would have destroyed the other tire and i told the man at u haul office So i had to find a zip tie to tight it up to the other metal so it doesn't destroy the other tires It's not my job to fix issues with your truck you guys have the obligation to make sure your trucks are safe so no one get hurt Rachid moudni6

Very accommodating and understanding. Very good Customer Service. This is my 2nd time renting a truck and trailer for a one way and all the Staff were very helpful. This time I did take advantage of the storage unit. The unit is very accessible, however a little darker inside than I expected. Other than that, the best location by far. Thanks Greensboro 911 West Gate Staff.

My only issue was I made a reservation online for specific items that ended up not being available, which kind of makes the reservation online a bit superfluous. But overall, customer service was great and billing was appropriate.

Let the female attendant know to not assume people know exactly what is needed when they are looking for equipment. It would be appreciated if she didn't make people feel stupid when looking for particular items they need. I gave this location an excellent because I always come here when I need to move or just need equipment and they always have what I need. The guy that ultimately helped me was awesome.

Disorganized and unprofessional staff placed no importance or value on customer time and experience. Further, the Uhaul App did not allow me to take and upload pictures of the truck upon inspection, and would not allow me to note that the vehicle smelled of cigarette smoke. I informed the staff at this location of this and was waved away. Negative experience.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Tried to add an appliance Dolley and another order was put in, spent over 30 min trying to sort it out day before I moved. Went to pick up truck waited for about 45 min, truck wasn't there, was sent to another location truck also wasn't there, manager said he would take care of it and we wouldn't be charged, got to third location clear across town waited again finally got a truck. Had to pay to get help because we wasted hours on moving day due to UHauls multiple errors.

No improvements needed in my opinion. The service was easy to book and return, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the vehicle was clean and in like new condition. The price was unbeatable and they were also very helpful when I ran into a slight delay while moving. No issues or extra money because they had already set me up with the best package possible for my moving needs. This is the place to go for helpful friendly service.

I am a U-Haul customer since 1996. The best service! The customer service I received from Josh at this location exceeds all of my customer service experiences. The question, what can be done to improve? Answer: You cannot approve what is great!

I was happy with the service. They were able to help me when I accidentally made two reservations and showed up a little late for both. I called to let them know I would be a little late and they were very friendly and helpful.

A bit crowded (it was end of the month moving day weekend) and some clients not wearing masks while indoors in line (staff were masked and helpful). Space might need some rearranging of items on end-caps because of need to social distance, etc.

I used the 24/7 check in service. It was not any better than going into the store because you still have to go in to get your keys. I did everything in the app and still had to wait in the long line in the store. It would have been better just to wait in line without doing everything on the app as well.

The young black lady who checked me in at 9am has an attitude problem...,less than friendly...bordering on mean...only helped me because she had to. The young black man who presented the truck to me was excellent and he explained everything to me very simply. I would rent again from this location

The staff at UHaul Gate City Blvd near UNCG were very unhelpful, unfriendly, lazy service, acted bored, worst staff ever very unhappy. They couldn't be bothered with questions very unprofessional staff. The truck rear view mirrors are too wide for narrow streets in the city. Improve staff morale if short staffed resolve, terrible parking lot need more room for customers to park. Tracking gas is too complicated.

I would have appreciated a more pleasant experience with the person who checked me in. The agent neglected to make eye contact and spoke unclearly and without affect. I was even scolded for momentarily leaning on the packing boxes placed between the counter and the customer area. The agent checking me back in was the opposite--excellent customer service.

I entered without a mask and the black woman at the counter had a problem with it so, I went outside to my car and got a mask. I asked her where I could park my car... She said I was putting the cart before the horse. I was just asking a simple question if you could have answered without being a jackass. I went outside and approached the gentleman who was doing all the work with the truck and asked him the same question. He simply told me where I could park my car until I was through with my move. He was very nice, no bad attitude. The woman up front was very rude impatient and unfriendly. She really doesn't belong dealing with customers because she was really bad. I was there right after the store opened.. so I can't believe that she came in in such a bad mood if she comes in like that she needs to go find another job because she is a terrible representative of your fine company.

I had some major hiccups in the process of moving out, major misinformation that caused me some issues. I've always had great service with uhaul and this time I was extremely disappointed.

My reservation was for a unit that wasn't available when I arrived. I had to wait 40 minutes for the manager to talk to me after walking past me six times. To be told that my reservation didnt matter.

Poor management. The facility not clean with an apparent rodent problem and in poor repair. Smaller units not easily accessible- must use a ladder. I would not leave my property longer than I had to
