Lots of unregistered cars in the back parking area around ramp that make it difficult to navigate. Badge reader is not reliable, take multiple attempts to get the badge reader to work. Lots of trash left inside and outside loading area. Overall the facility is poorly managed, very dirty, and not convenient.
EDDIE O | Overall ExperienceThere were BUGS all in my storage unit. Facility was dirty and felt very unsafe. I continued to call calls after I cancelled my service and moved out. Very unprofessional! The bugs that were in my belongings was very disappointing !
Leigh a | Overall ExperienceThe area was very scary day or night. When moving out there were bugs in our belongings . I would expect the high rate of storage fee they would exterminate the facility. I paid for storage for over 5 years and highly disappointed .

Calvin H | Overall ExperienceI was treated like garbage here, they acted like doing their job was the end of the world, i had to put a trailer on my vehicle and attach it myself. Then the trailer i was given had no working lights. The storage unit is a wooden box and I was charged a late fee when they had my card on file and made a mistake by not putting it on auto pay when I told them to do so. When I arrived to clear out my storage unit the large roll up garage door is wide open to where anyone without a card can walk inside the storage area. The workers are rude and lazy and I would not recommend this place to anyone ever.
