This online process overall, was incredibly frustrating. I received WAY too many emails. My reservation some how switched locations and forced me to log in and go through the entire process AGAIN! FORCING me to select a location that DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE TRUCK OR EQUIPMENT I RESERVED only to be sent BACK to the original location I selected. This whole debacle set my move back an ENTIRE TWO HOURS. Upon drop off, NO ONE at ANY point told us about the gas fee... We just assumed that we would be charged for the gas to fill it up. I didnt not have time to go to a gas station, since it was SO LATE because of YOUR mix up. SO now. i get charged WAY MORE than I budgeted for. AWFUL! Sure, I know it was in TEENY TINY print on my bill, that I found after you double charged me, but great. Y'all should have verbally gone over that, or at least put it on the rental agreement. Uhaul is great and all, but just go reserve a truck the ole fashioned way and MAKE SURE to fill up the truck before you return the truck, otherwise it will cost you 90 bucks.

This was the worse customer experience I had at gate city location in Greensboro NC. There was a associate named jeany Thomas, he was very very rude and unprofessional. He didn’t even put a drop off location therefore I almost missed my flight when I went to drop off the equipment at Philadelphia location.The associate was too busy to fight with me instead help me. He refused to show me how to proprety hook the trailer because he has to leave and I got there at 6h30 so he has 30 mn to help me. How can u give ur customer a trailer without proprery show them how to use it. I expect a call from upper management otherwise I will take this to the next level. Associate thomas needs to be train

I was told via your phone agent that I could rent a trailer ball and adapter only to find out when I arrived at the location that they do not rent them...so I had to buy them, thus it added $35 to the bill...not cool

What I received an email confirmation for was $316.00 then when I get there the total is $453 and that's a big difference. If money is going to change, maybe the person paying for it needs to know. My credit card limit was $400 so I had to cut my trip short.

Keep the reservation and not change the pickup location last minute. We had moving people scheduled for 1 hour and they sat there through half of it while waiting for the truck to show up. We confirmed our reservation at U-Haul and the pickup location the night before. We should get a refund because this cost us extra money we did not have.

Be sure your employees know how to read a gas gauge. Mine was incorrectly read. I had only a 1/2 tank. It was marked 5/8. I will take responsibility because I didn’t notice it until I got home. However it will cost me an extra $32 I shouldn’t have spent. Thank You.
