Hello, my invoice is incorrect. The dolly was said to be $10 and the charges for the truck are outrageous. I had some of the worst customer service when I was given 3 eta's for a mechanic to come and fix the latch on the door. I need this revised and do not agree to pay this amount.

This location overcharged me after delivering a subpar vehicle that had feces and urine all in the back of the truck. Disgusting! I won't be coming back especially after confronting the staff about this issue and to my surprise, they told me to get over it. Wow! This place doesn't need to be open to the public.

I haven't used Uhaul in a long time but now I love the process it quick that get you what you want. They don't hassle use use dents and damaged areas already on the truck. Kudos didn't have to be check out they bill my account the actual miles. I would recommend this location.

Exceptionally bad customer service experience from the female rep on Saturday morning. I'm sorry if I bothered you by asking you to do YOUR JOB and get off your phone to assist a CUSTOMER! If you hate your job that much.. go work at McDonalds... we expect that kind of RUDE service there. I won't ever be back to this location.

I put gas in the truck b4 returning it and there was a charge on my credit card for more gas that shouldn't have been there

UHaul came though when my rental at a different company was cancelled by them at the last minute. Customer service was great!


When the store hours state it closes at 7 pm, then someone should be there until 7 pm. I returned the van at 6:30 pm to find the store locked up and no one there. Also the van was clean except for dirty footprints and grass in the rear compartment. But that aside, the gentleman that served me when I picked up the van was absolutely great! Very friendly, helpful and efficient.

We returned the vehicle in 6 hours and got a call the next morning to inform that we were going to be charged for another day. The caller did not know if the vehicle was in the lot or not. It was alarming and bad customer service.
