This location overcharged me after delivering a subpar vehicle that had feces and urine all in the back of the truck. Disgusting! When the store hours state it closes at 7 pm, then someone should be there until 7 pm. I returned the van at 6:30 pm to find the store locked up and no one there. Also the van was clean except for dirty footprints and grass in the rear compartment. But that aside, the gentleman that served me when I picked up the van was absolutely great! The Uhaul app for iOS is slow, clunky, and frustrating to use. Needs refinement. Location staff is tolerable at best, they lack customer engagement skills and basic empathy. I always use this location for the large available selection of inventory and its convenience to Greensboro.Wesley L.

I expected more from U-Haul. The upper lever units are terrible to store heavy furniture as it is only a unit on top of another like a high locker. It was after the fact that I was informed that these lockers are mostly meant for college students with limited belongings. I barely got 1 bedroom set in the lower unit minus the mattress set. I was very disappointed. The only reason I gave the second star is due to the help staff. I would not recommend this particular site for storage for houses.Crystal E. | First Impressions

One of the employees wanted to argue about the election. I did not have anything on or say anything about the election. He chose to say â€œTrump is loosing. I had a horrible experience with your truck The check engine kept goimg on and off every time i had to stop and check i was realy nervous Midway the tire blow up lucky none got hurt and killed I had to wait over an hour for the tire to be changed Plus i had to rearange the mover and that cost me money they gave me a 39 dollars discount for what i went through and i spent more then 1300.00 dollars Not right Definitely the truck that i was given was not checked good thing i checked the other side of the tires there is a piece of metal hanging it would have destroyed the other tire and i told the man at u haul office So i had to find a zip tie to tight it up to the other metal so it doesn't destroy the other tires It's not my job to fix issues with your truck you guys have the obligation to make sure your trucks are safe so no one get hurt Rachid moudni6RACHID M.
Very accommodating and understanding. Very good Customer Service. This is my 2nd time renting a truck and trailer for a one way and all the Staff were very helpful. This time I did take advantage of the storage unit. The unit is very accessible, however a little darker inside than I expected. Other than that, the best location by far. Let the female attendant know to not assume people know exactly what is needed when they are looking for equipment. It would be appreciated if she didn't make people feel stupid when looking for particular items they need. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Tried to add an appliance Dolley and another order was put in, spent over 30 min trying to sort it out day before I moved. Went to pick up truck waited for about 45 min, truck wasn't there, was sent to another location truck also wasn't there, manager said he would take care of it and we wouldn't be charged, got to third location clear across town waited again finally got a truck. The price was unbeatable and they were also very helpful when I ran into a slight delay while moving.
