I had reserved a 15' truck multiple days in advance. When I arrived to pick up, we were told that I had been "upgraded" to a 26' truck. We were never notified of this change. We were using the truck to move furniture at a narrow loading dock that could not accommodate a 26' truck. I was very frustrated that this had been changed when I had reserved it in advance, selecting from options that were listed as "available" online. I was even more frustrated that I was never notified that this change was made. The staff at the store were helpful in finding an alternative 20' truck. But I don't think the company should assume that an "upgrade" to a bigger truck is always a desired thing and something that can be accommodated, especially without notification of the customer.LINDSEY C.

I can't praise Jennifer reivera enough.Having been a Customer service manager for almost 40 yrs in many different industries i can honestly say this is in my top 3 great experiences. 1st: I would have the equipment pulled and checked hours before pick up. 2nd: If you don't have what customer is looking for but another area does then Uhaul should be able to have that unit transferred to the location rather then the customer having to go out of their way to pick it up.THOMAS C.

Desk staff were wonderful! I did reserve a utility dolly that they did not have for me, however I did have my own so not a big deal. The hilly driveway was snowy and cargo van did have an issue getting up it. Overall a good experiencebonnie B.

Their reservation had an error which was frustrating I'm sure but the staff and ultimately the manager handled the situation professionally, calmly and resolved the best they could short of creating a 26' truck before our very eyes.TODD C.

Do not tell lies If you charge the total amount you're not allow to withdraw money from customers account without their permission ... you guys to$184.67 for the truck and then when a drop off the truck couples of minutes after I got charge $21.08 dollars of gas that I did not use from Boston to Worcester 34 miles ...ANYELICA T.

I would have rated this experience with one or no stars if it weren't for the assistance in the morning of the people working at this UHaul, however you should know that I tried to use the online pickup and drop off and it did NOT work!!!! It was terrible and I spent about an hour from the time I returned to the UHaul till I was able to have confidence that I could leave the truck, based upon phone conversations with agents who put notes in the record that I had returned the vehicle on time, as well as my pictures of the vehicle. The online experience is terrible: it could not find me at the location even when I was in front of the office and my browser and phone allow location services and it works for other apps. I would not recommend this to anyone, in fact I would suggest that if there is an alternative that they use it. I think I should be paid for that rental, considering the rediculous time I spent picking up and dropping off when it should have been a simple, fast, and efficient process.david L.
The first problem I had was uhaul sent me to the wrong place. Trying to figure out where I was to pick up the truck in a city I was not familiar with was extremely frustrating. Second. When I finally figured out where to go, they did NOT have the truck size that I reserved. I had to settle for a smaller truck. Was not real happy with that also. The person at the uhaul store in Worcester was very helpful and professional. I feel that for as much as I paid, there should be some discount for everything this company put me through. Making a big move like this is no little task for a family. I was very disappointed in uhaul. I think next time I will go with another company.thomas B.

The staff here is great and goes above and beyond. When I arrived to the facility to check-in for my storage unit, the gentle man outside greeted me and offered to help with my rental as I also had a truck to return. I originally booked a 10x10 unit but changed my mind last minute to a 5x10, and they were very accommodating. There was a computer issue that caused me some delays but the manager exceeded my expectations and stayed after hours to resolve the issue and made sure I was able to get into my unit. Moving can be stressful and exhausting. Jennifer Rivera was understanding of that and made my experience better by being friendly, professional, and accommodating.
