When i put my stuff there they new they had roaches but didn’t tell me so i can decided to go to a different storage place so because of that. That place had my stuff full of roaches when i didn’t have that problem until i used there units. They charge so many fees because of that i fell behind and lost all my stuff everything i own i lost. They know they have roaches there they should let people know before they pay for the unit so they can decide if they still want to use there units or not. It’s not fair that people like me didn’t no and then when i started seeing them in my stuff i said something to the employees and there exact words were ‘ya we been having that problem for months now’ smh. Horrible place and horrible employees. WARNING DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.
Natasha C | Overall ExperienceThe unit i was given wasn't clean. Mouse dropping and paper shreds along sides of unit. Previous person who rented it license and social security card were on the floor. I mentioned this to clerk working the desk and he was like....."oh really....do you want a new unit"? I didnt have time to be switching units. But obviously the unit was cleabed before renting it out again.

The staff are okay, not very professional and at one time they had friends hanging out on boxes. They did not go out of the way to be of any real help. I would recommend uhaul but not at this location.
